Maybe Hasler will realize Taupau should be playing longer than 47 fucking minutes next week after that loss. Waddell is a great young forward but to play him longer than Taupau is a downright joke.

And if your call was right before and Hasler is telling him not to play footy, it'd be nice to see that lifted too. The combination of low minutes and not playing his natural game is a massive bummer.

I still dont think Taupau is 100% after that crusher a couple of weeks ago. Dragons need Lomax somewhere so he can kick goals. Waddell should be good value up until rd 12 and hopefully play lock with Jake on origin duty

You can't even be upset with Taupau because he basically goes at a PPM but his coach ruins everything.

Call of the night goes to Rev - subbed Lawrie out for Sipley, Sipley starts the match and plays 18 minutes, never to be seen again. For 11 points. Only solace will be if he had an injury that kept him off the field.

Separately, why on earth can't top grade professional players play 60+ minutes, it's become a joke for players like Taupau etc, play your salary cap ffs.

Im fine with Taupau's scores but starting the year with him at the price he was is disappointing.

Do I read correctly that before this game Taupau has made seven offloads in 2019 so far? And considering he didn't add one to the list tonight he's still on seven, after six matches?

This is only my second year in Fantasy, but in the past he'd have made seven offloads per match, wouldn't he? That's what I remember seeing from him just as a viewer.

Just annoying as hell they went to the video ref for the trip in a non scoring opporunity but refused to do it at the end despite even questioning lafai's involvement (could hear em on the mics)

Yep, that's definitely my main issue with the situation. Lawrie cost over $600K less than him and scored two points less than him tonight. He's lined up against Burr in a few of my H2H's (and again tonight) and scored considerably less than him. He's scoring okay, but hugely disappointing value for money.

My team is in a really bad structure to get a gun HLF in quickly - the two people I was possibly looking at were Murray and Tolman who both busted out great scores - might have to wait for Morgan or Lawrie to peak

Also not picking Burr at the start of the season really sucks - had him in so many preseason drafts as well but left like no money ITB in final draft

Haha, I have had a shitty start to the season so I am happy to have a decent start to the weekend. But a lot of people have similar players to me so I am not getting carried away.
