NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 37

That Alvaro move was no accident. I’ve always maintained Fantasy was rigged, but this is a new precedent and has never happened before. The implications it has on H2hs, his value and overall rankings is huge. He wasn’t exactly unpopular. Very convenient how Burr and Xerri are hanging around in many emergencies too. My rank dropped from 1300 to 1400 overnight with this shit as well. Now people are trading and it can’t be undone.

Me last week: I'm going to only look at buying keepers that play in R12 and ease up on trading

Me this week: Double trades and it doesn't involve a keeper

My initial trades are:
Garner out - K. Bromwich in &
Ravalawa out - Whitbread in

I wanted Twal instead of Brom but doing that meant I couldn't afford Whitbread. However K-Brom has been very consistent with a floor of 44 & a ceiling of 64 so far this season.

Is that 3 HIA’s now? He’s looking like Matterson last year. Im thinking of downgrading him to Whitbread and bringing in RTS.

My view is that he is not a trade for a non GW12, non season keeper for only a potential small improvement.

He’s only a consideration imo for a Bateman, Surgess, R.Martin or Taupau (not urgent) else would hold him for later for a TLolo move - or if can’t afford that might be ok sideways to Kikau or CHN at the time of first bye although I currently have them in the “sideways and no point” bracket even though they play 12

I have since cancelled the Garner trade because as you said he was scoring well before he went off. As for the doctor not letting Farah & Garner back on even though they passed their hia's could this be the same scenario if for example if you go to court every week & some judges are harder than others. Maybe another doctor might of let them play. The only thing that worries me about Garner is the hia's he's getting pretty regularly now.

if it's a serious question.- it means 'head to head' as in the Leagues.

Not sure about Farah but even if Garner passed, by that stage there was no point putting him back out there.

That would be me somehow. My trade in of Twal this week was a masterstroke. Needed him and Garner to get 50s for my 1k. Obviously didn't happen. Finished with 981 and dropped a few places.

No gun half is hurting me with most at the top having DCE, and with Nikora out I'll have to play Rava or bring in Xerri very late.

I could do something crazy like Garner + Cartwright for Cleary/Moses/Mahoney + Whitbread/Xerri. Haven't thought about it too much yet, need to look at the trusty spreadsheet. Could do something safer like Rava+Lawrie/Garner to Whitbread + Xerri...

very confused on what to do this week. Have already brought Whitbread in but don't know if i should use the other trade seeing as i am burning through trades very quickly...

My options are:

1) no second trade have 234k itb

2) swap morgan for cleary, left with 122k itb

3) swap Morgan for Arey, left with 66k itb

3) put Ponga in the halves and trade Morgan to RTS, left with 56k itb

I still have to upgrade CHT at some point too so i am leaning towards Cleary and getting Arey before round 12 for CHT. After Origin all that i would need to do is upgrade from Rein and Mahoney and probably Garner (although Garner maybe sooner rather than later).

Any help would be fantastic fellas!

is this good.. apart from burning trades.
rava - witbread
fledger - burr

leaves me with 7 k itb...

but should b my last trade 4 a while.
