Anyone like any particular player to fail next round? Just let me know and I'll move my C to them. Had it on Bateman on the weekend, Farah for his 7 or whatever it was. Had SJ in my halves.

MTB's live match centre hasn't registered Clearly going off on the Interchange Timeline (error in the main website?). It's as if Cleary disappeared into thin air.

Captain going to be interesting this week with Magic Round - bit worried about captaining Cook in the last game because the field is probably going to look like shit by then but then I got burnt last week by taking captain off Cook

Also Tedesco in second last game isn't filling me with hope - probably be scared to run in case he slips - scores have been super erratic this year with 3 below 40 and 3 above 60

Yeah I noticed that because it was the first place I looked when I saw he only played 68 minutes. I've looked & no one seems to mention why he went off.

You can expect a solid base in kick metres and goals with the odd attacking stat thrown in. I'm surprised he is only averaging 55 tbh

I just watched the match replay for a few minutes either side of the 68th minute.

He does disappear around then, but there is no mention of it by the commentary team, and no obvious incident/injury just before hand.
He gets tackled in goal forcing a line drop out, touches the ball a couple of times the next set, but then disappears for no obvious reason.


Penrith were terrible in the few minutes I watched though

The only thing I can think of is that they had no-one left on the bench to substitute Cleary which meant it wasn't recorded as an interchange - can anyone confirm that Panthers still had 13 players on the field after he went off. I know MWZ, Yeo and Kikau went off and didn't return which means there was max 1 on the bench

Have the BEs updated on MTB's site? By the looks, Burr, Lawrie and Garner have almost peaked. I feel like holding them though. They haven't been keepers but they keep eking out serviceable scores for my team, especially with all the carnage my team has faced. Will look to move Garner on soon though.

This week, can't do any meaningful trades without trading Bateman which I don't want to unless it's longer than 4 weeks. Cashing out Brown to either Dearden or Young dependent on team lists

‪Confirmation from the Raiders that John Bateman is expected to miss at least 5-6 weeks after suffering a fractured eye socket. Yet to be determined if he requires surgery, which would extend recovery a few weeks. Hopefully vision is OK and he can avoid surgery‬

With the bye schedule, he'll probably only play once in the next 8 rounds, so I think he's a trade.
High BE so get him back in after he played 1 game on his return to make sure he has healed OK.

Only 6 recorded interchanges in the NRL app, so they should have had one spare.

Egan was playing in the halves at the end of the game with Katoa at hooker.

Okay that makes the trade plan easier. Hopefully Young gets the spot

Who is everyone running with in the halves this round?

Pulled the trigger on ARey and Deardon last week. Want to flick Morgan as he has looked woeful but also dont really want to start Deardon.

Thoughts?
