As an avid fan of both it’s completely different games to watch live. AFL you can the whole field and what’s about to play out in front of you live and is far more engaging but the NRL is a better TV product. Purely and simple I would rather watch league at home than live unless it’s Origin.
Agreed, AFL is a great game to watch live. Part of that is also due to the actual crowd numbers/atmosphere.

Doubt there are more than a few in the top 1000 who don't have Fifita. Captainers (like me) lose 50 points or so against the opposition, which is bad but not terminal. At least that's what I'm telling myself.
