Don't get me wrong, Taupau and Herbert are great options especially as it gives you the coverage and the extra round 12 player but my advice would be to go with Smith and Dearden.

What happened last week with Watson on the bench? Did Mann move to 9?

NBrown is set to return in a few rounds, which doesn't make Ma'u appealing

This is an ideal round to bank trades. The cash cow stock looks v slim. Uncertainty over who is in/out of origin etc. Heaps of trades available next week to do some r12 shuffling....

If you use both trades this week and youve max traded every round, you'd have 14 left.

With Taupau having one more game than Klemmer because of Origin it might slightly help with overall and R12 numbers are sort of low without him - 8 players without Taupau. Despite people complaining about Taupau on here he is averaging 52.3 and Klemmer is averaging 54.1. Klemmer probably would have been streets ahead but last week is concerning as his tackles were halved because Knights dominated whereas Taupau can still rack up points while Manly are dominating through offloads and TBs

Will pick up 2 of Farah/Smith/McInnes post R12 for Rein and Mahoney so that doesn't really appeal right now

Be interesting to see if QLD pick DCE. If they dont because he hasnt had a game back from injury then he could play for Manly in rd 12. Would be a handy round 12 player

True, especially since there are 4 trades on offer next week. The only trade i was interested in was Papi if he was named to start. My only trade out option was Whitbread though and he is finally getting some game time.

Will be annoyed if Papi is a late switch and does end up starting
