reckon this effort from Cook might have a domino effect for future weeks, Wayne must be seriously considering resting him for future origin after that effort (or lack there-of)

This was the worst case scenario. He needs to be fully rested. Hopefully Wayne sees that.

Let's not read too much out of things. These guys are backing up 2 days after Origin. I'll happily take a 30 score from Cook for all the 70 and 80's he gave me. I missed his 98 score by one week lol

Interestingly conversation has been had between Cowboys and Moses Mbye’s management. Expect some dominoes to fall in the next week.

Sounds like there could be a couple three way deals in the coming weeks

He played 46 hours after origin. Gutsy but I'm surprised Wayne even played him honestly.

Im wondering if Cook only played because Reynolds was hurt.
It all plays into Waynes yearly push for 3 x standalone origin weekends.

Haha classic rabs. Probably "packing up the boat". "Got better things to do than you data nerds." "You guys should go outside some time. You'd be surprised. You might like it."

If Bateman could give owners a solid score but not blow his BE to pieces I'll compromise and accept that

Yeah would have been better if Cook was rested, then could have just played Brittain.
