Thompson, super tempting.
Why? His scores at fullback suck. His wing scores are better.
Yeah he had a 75 last week but he played out of his skin and was in everything. Had 14 TB's... his highest TB's in a game before that was 7.

Amateur question. When and where do these come out?
All good mate, 1 hour before kick off. Might get news earlier though. Also 24 hours before the squads get chopped down to 19, so you might find someone like Arrow dropping out then.

He was very impressive and it seems there's a few options for Madge when it comes to a back 5. Just seemed to really step it up last week and maybe he's been told his spots under fire.

Yeah mate that's possibly true. Well last week he played well enough to keep his spot. He can go back to his mediocre 20's with the odd 50. Plus once DWZ gets there he is back to the wing. Madge got the best out of DWZ at FB for NZ, so I can't see DWZ playing anywhere else.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 part 58
Just hoping for a couple of thoughts on my dilemma; any tips appreciated.
As it stands, I’m 90K short of being able to swap Rein/Flanagan for Bateman/Smith. Not that I want to do it this week anyway.
I was just going to trade Rein out this week for Bateman and then miraculously hope that Flanagan can make $45K and Smith drop the same amount this week. Odds of that happening - 0.
So I’m now starting to think, do I not trade at all this week? Hope Flanagan makes good cash and hope for a miracle in Rein making another dollar or two... or at least not losing much? And then hoping that the combined loss in value between Smith AND Bateman allows me to bridge that 90K gap next week?
I hope that makes sense.
So, in short, would you:
A. Trade Rein out for Bateman this week and look at next week with fresh eyes (Thumbs up).
or
B. No trades this week and hope to bridge the 90K gap between Rein/Flanagan and Smith/Bateman (Thumbs down).
My thinking is that option B is probably worth the risk because there’s not really much to lose, unless Rein completely tanks Fantasy-wise.
But then my gut keeps telling me Bateman will go big tonight and I’ll be bummed I don’t have him this week.
Anyway, any thoughts much appreciated.

As R&T said squad's get culled from 21 to 19 twenty-four hours before kick-off. Then the final 17 is decided one hour before kick-off. For the final team list, I never look anywhere else other than Pacey's thread:

Next week you get four trades, could you just bridge the gap by selling another dud next week? If so, I'd get Bateman this week.

4 trades next week is indeed odd.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 part 58
Any thoughts on the ARey v Rein debate guys? Looks like the other two in charge on the team might be tied up so it will be me that makes the trade or not. Currently the community is completely divided 50% each person on who to trade out out of Rein and A Rey.
Tem currently:
Smith
Haas, Fifita
Murray, Lolo, Taupau
Milford, Deardin
Bateman, Nikora
Teddy, Sivo, CNK
AFB, Mahoney, Rein, Havili
Xerri, Brittain, ARey, Ponga
As far as I can tell the preference for trade in is McInnes, assuming of course Teddy plays. Teddy out and RTS is the preferred trade in. However we certainly won't know about Teddy prior to the Souths game, perhpaps not even by the ttime Rein plays. So who to trade in is a risk, but riskier if we make that call with ARey out.
Anyway, thoughts much appreciated as if the vote is split I dont really wanna be making that call.

Whats the source mate - pretty important for the community team! Sounds consistent with other rumours/reports though.

Buzz mentioned it on NRL 360. Roosters to rest 2 this week and 2 next week. Take his waffle with a grain of Salt though.
With a few already out door roosters I think he’ll play.
