I'll be back for sure lads... Haven't had much time to do fantasy and the forum this year with farm life keeping me flat out but I'll make time to attempt a title defence!

    Yep - I'm back in.

Can't believe my finish in last place last year. After the draft I had a grading of A and predicted finish of 2nd!!! Goes to show what happens when you don't get a tier 1 RB.

With that in mind, after last years frustrations, can I suggest we revert back to 3 x 8 team leagues rather than the 10 team leagues. Otherwise, if you miss out on a decent player in a position and trades don't happen (cause they don't), then you're well-buggered.

Keen to make the switch to PPR. As was highlighted, looks to becoming standard.

Very keen for the dynasty league. Not sure how these work though so I'll have to look into it.

    Go Hawks!!!

I'd also be interested in some dynasty/keeper action.

I prefer as close to seasons start as poss, mitigates the risk of losing high round picks to pre season injury

Mate be tough to re jig league back down, especially with promotion/relegation.

Plus that's part of the thrill, going WR heavy early and trying to get an RB who can act like an RB2 late in draft ala Mixon/Ingram.

Getting one of the big TEs early and hoping you land some value with some RB/WR later

    etc etc

I'm extremely keen for some dynasty as well, might be worth having a look at https://sleeper.app for dynasty, I've read good things about it as a platform

Yeah Got it. I don't want to be that guy that hates on you lads that organise these gigs.

Draft position no1 this year coming my way. Think positive thoughts! C'mon Saquon

PPR a big no from me, no reward for effort as stats go to simply catching a pass, throwdowns etc.

I'd also prefer to pass on PPR although not too fazed if the group decision is to do so.

Given that the NFL.com fantasy opinion pieces, start em/sit em, general fluff for this season will be done with PPR and we've got a lot of first or second timers who would probably read/rely on those articles more then long timers, Id actually be in favour of a change to PPR, with the newbies in mind.

We used to have a keeper league from the old SPortal days not sure if thats still going. From experience it really really needs all the rules fleshed out fully before that first draft. I would be keen for it again.

I do like a PPR league and dont mind if we stay or change in the promotion league but would go full PPR in a keeper league. A new thread for the keeper league to fully discuss rules and roster breakdown and how keepers will work going forward in regards to redraft and what round they take up. I have found just having your keepers taking first rounds leads to very boring redrafts and keeper selections.

Yeah its still rolling. The decision to trade Kamara away 2 years ago is still haunting me.
