Wait for L1 bois. Is draft at 1030am or 930am? Cause 1030am is a big boon. Hell 930am isnt the worst.

Just read about the Dolphins/Texans deal. Man that's a ridiculous amount of picks they received!

How long have they been taking, the drafts? No idea probably hey. I like it when all draft live, so players are picked and not just falling away by rank.

Re: NFL Fantasy Thread Part 5
How about that new Seahawks front?
Ansah : Reed : Ford : Clowney
Kendricks : Wagner : Wright
Seahawks entered the last draft with a small handful of picks and turned Frank Clark (and Mingo + Martin) into Clowney, DK plus some extra young role players.
Even if Clowney is rented for this year and moves in FA we get a 2021 3rd.
John Schneider - GM of the year locked up.

WITH A STELLAR GROUP OF RECEIVERS, DEPENDANT ON DRAFT LOOKS TO CONTEND
Draft Grade C
Proj Record 2-12
Proj Finish 10
DRAFT SUMMARY
Dependant on draft will be aiming to prove the doubters wrong after garnering a 10th-place projection in NFL FF L1. They grabbed wide receivers early, using three of their first four picks to address that position. Going hand-in-hand with that early investment, Dependant on draft secured the highest-scoring pair of wide receivers in the league.
Other NFL.com drafters felt that choosing Matt Breida in the 9th round was somewhat of a stretch (87th overall pick versus an ADP of 141.5).
If other NFL.com users are right, Drew Brees was a steal in the 8th round (74th overall pick versus an ADP of 57.4).
Dependant on draft may know something no one else does, grabbing Dion Lewis, who is on a squad in less than 10% of all NFL.com leagues (9%).
Bah Humbug. What does NFL.com know anyway?

Re: NFL Fantasy Thread Part 5
Also, for those watching the RB Sweepstakes at home;
Zeke - Seems to be resigning in the next 48 hours. Reported to have agreed on terms, just finalising contract.
Gordon - Chargers told him to find a trade partner and they wont be offering a deal until after the season. They gave a deadline of cut day to get it done and are sticking to it.
McCoy - Cut by Bills, offerred a deal at Eagles, Pats, Chargers, Chiefs and chose Kansas City. Committee with Williams... I guess?
Texans - After losing Miller, traded for Carlos Hyde. Committee with Duke JJ.
Ajayi, Legarrette, Martin, Collins, Rawls - Still on the couch at home.
Valentine - NY Jets cut from the 53 and signed to the practice squad. Ineligible to be rostered in 2019, will earn AUD$12k per week.
Denver (because thats the team I know everyone is most interested in, rightly so) - Theo Riddick to IR, Booker RB3, Muhammad cut and signed to Practice Squad. Lindsay & Royce 1a & 1b.
Biggest trade was obviously Miami getting 2 firsts and a second for OT Tunsil, from Texans. First trade in a while where both teams lose out of it? Miami are rebuilding and the best piece to rebuild around is a decent OT. Texans gave up a shitload to get a bloke that helps but doesnt really magically make them competitive with the rest of the AFC and have reduced their SB window with a complete lack of draft capital to do anything in the next 2 years. Dont get that one at all. I guess thats what happens when you have a coach acting as GM.

Sign me up to that International Pathway Program boys. I can return a couple punts in the pre-season.
I also think the Texans gave way too much, but this could be a big year for them, especially now the Colts have no Luck. (Although I rate Brissett). They should take the division.

Re: NFL Fantasy Thread Part 5
Drafting from 9th I ended up with the following, also decided against the RB - RB run mainly because D. Johnson was snapped up before the 9th and Adams was still around. Went WR - WR then heavy with the RB's which are honestly middle of the road guys. I was hoping one of Cook, Carson, or A. Jones would have dropped back down to me.
QB: L. Jackson
RB: S. Michel, J. Jacobs, P. Lindsay, T. Coleman, K. Drake, T. Cohen, J. Samuels
WR: D. Adams, J. Smith-Schuster, A. Jeffrey, G. Tate
TE: V. McDonald
QB: L. Jackson
RB: S. Michel, J. Jacobs, P. Lindsay, T. Coleman, K. Drake, T. Cohen, J. Samuels
WR: D. Adams, J. Smith-Schuster, A. Jeffrey, G. Tate
TE: V. McDonald
