To summarise then mate, Henchy was a massive Broncos and Maranta fan, and even named his Fantasy team back in 2014 or 2015 as "Lachlan Maranta's Only Fan". Which by default was accurate, but if you dissed the Great M(ar)AN(ta) then you ended up with Homosexual Pornography in your Inbox.

I wonder if I should be embarrassed to admit that I didn't mind Maranta back in the day. He always seemed inconspicuous as fuck, but okay for a minute or two per match. I didn't know what Fantasy was back then and appreciate the fact that he would be a terrible Fantasy scorer, but yeah, I didn't mind the chap. Where'd he go anyway? I assume England? And wouldn't he be in his mid 60's by now anyway?

The site was RugbyLeagueBoards from memory. I made "the list" by referring to it as RugbyLeagueBored due to the lack of posters over there verse here

Pain was the other member that made up the total of 4, and he was fucking hilarious on there.

Finally put an avatar up and 26 posts since 2016 is very slack from me. I will have to post more often rather than being an eagle only eyeing off this forum all the time I will have to use these emoticons more often as well very cool. Cheers to the weekend

Speaking of inconspicuous, one of my favourite all time NRL players is Mitch Brown. Much maligned in Fantasy circles, but dead set he was a Mr Fixit for my Tigers back in 2010/2011 when we were challenging for the Title. Bloke played Second Row/Fullback/Centre/Wing at the drop of a hat and his versatility was invaluable to us.

Maranta sounded familiar but because of the whole ‘got permission to add him to the 21’ malarkey I assumed he was a rookie.....I was conned into being a reds member by a mate when he was playing for them. He wasn’t conspicuously bad but he wasn’t conspicuously anything either
