I think a lot of the backlash is also coming from the fact he has 7 investment properties worth upwards of 7 million dollars that he hasn't thought about chucking on sale.

EDIT: As I write this GoFundMe are set to refund everyone who donated towards Folau's legal case.

Nice - it wasn't a great image for them at all so not surprised.

Just to get a decent 17 I think I will sell Cleary & get SJ. He's doing the gk & he took the line on more in the test so he looks promising. Also he's up against the Bulldogs this week which is potentially a high scoring game for him.

With Cleary injury likely syndesmois I think he will miss a few games! Might have to go Cleary to Arey and Dearden to Burns/Kaufusi. These injuries are really killing my will to play the season out.
How many minutes would Kaufusi be getting?

In his 8 reserve grade appearances this year he has a PPM of 0.57

Ideally he would be scoring 35 points which would require him to play 61 minutes
Scoring at 30 would require 53 minutes

But obviously NRL is a much higher level than reserve grade so you would assume his PPM would slightly decrease. This would mean he requires more
Minutes to get the same points.

I don’t see much upside in Kaufusi if he’s only named on the bench apart from the round 16 factor

Nah, Brisbane are shit and no other players deserve playing Origin. If anything Oates should be dropped back to reserve grade.

In saying that McCullough probably comes back into the QLD team and Hunt goes to bench as the utility.

I think main reason is a R16 base price player, with the injuries dragons have in the pack and with Vaughan and Frizell going through Origin duties the minutes are there for him. Plus I am a firm believe that reserve grade is can be good and bad for scores. I think with forwards its especially depends who is around you. Are the halves giving you the right balls in the right spot and getting on the front foot. Plus he is touted at "JDB's replacement" so might even see some increased minutes at 13?.

Hunt was horrendous last night. Macca would have been there Origin 1 if he wasn't injured. Queensland clearly need better defence through the middle and Hunt doesn't provide what McCullough would at hooker in defensive terms.

I'll likely cash out to P Kaufusi as he should start and play 80 on an edge in round 16 with Frizell, Vaughan and T Sims playing origin. Probably score 30 to 35 in 80 minutes though.

I suppose T Sims may get bumped out of the origin side if Klemmer is back though.

    So I am going to resist the urge to rage trade and try and play it smart this week with money that I will desperately need next week for trades. So pre TLT trade so far is just Dearden to P.Kaufusi. This leaves 6 trades and 154K itb and a team of;

    Cook
    SST Haas
    Bateman Murray Tolo
    Ponga Mann
    Xerri Nikora
    CNK Teddy Watson

    CM9 CS9 Taupau Fifi Beer
    P.Kaufusi Martin Cleary Brittain

Next week will most likely be
    Martin/CNK > 212R16 and one of RTS/SJ/TTurbo/DCE

With Watson/Mann becoming the other two after origin.

Kurt Baptiste is out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury. Wonder if they'll go for 80 minute Granville or bring that youngster back in.

We need some forwards that go forward. Macca is a good shout in terms of defense.

I think D.Fifita needs to start somewhere. Gagai to Ctr, with Feldt on the wing. We are pretty thin on Forward stocks for QLD.

Cleary out for a week + bye round throws a spanner in the works for me.

Will need to trade him as I don't have cover unless Dearden is back this weekend which is not gonna happen.

Thinking Brooks because he's about all I can afford. Already have Pearce.

Yeah Fifita definitely needs to start. We missed Arrow so much. I don't see the fuss in Welch either. QLD have to be careful changing too much in a decider in NSW could make or break some players.

I'd give Matt Scott another crack. He'll give the boys that experience and he's been pretty decent the games he has played this year.

Wouldn't it make more sense getting TTurbo this week since he's on the bye next week?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see some of these names being chucked around for Origin III

Ofa (think he is due back before Origin III) and would be a welcome inclusion
Guerra – Been there before and would provide some good running off the bench
Cooper – Been there before and wouldn’t be a stranger to playing around some of those boys.
Scott – Big unit with an old head
Lowe – Has a week to audition for a bench role with Surgess spending time out. Definitely has the skill to be there
Friend – Heard somewhere he was due back a lot earlier than expected

TTurbo adding onto last week with last night's performance really makes me doubt getting Milford ahead of him but you'd think Milford should outscore him with extra game. Am trading Fifita for them and then picking Fifita back up for Watson after suspension
