If you want captaincy trends, community team vote gives a good idea. (community team doesn't own Cook)

With Su'A leaving immediately, this is probably good for Carrigan next week, as someone will need to play right edge - and I'm assuming that will be Pangai?

Alex Glenn still out injured, but if he returns he will take the other edge. Will mean Flegler or Carrigan would need to start.. probably Flegler

Yeah CS9, big game.. scored 77 verse Roosters in round 6. He'll be fired up for sure.

It feels like every week is make or break with trade decisions. I cant wait to run out and ride it home Very Happy

I have CNK to Watson pencilled in but I don't like it. I'm a couple of trades short to be doing this BUT if he scores well and makes 100k over the next 2/3 weeks then my final 18 will be very close to where I want it (pending injury disasters!). I'd be a trade worse off though. If I try to value a trade in terms of points/$s/risk then this is a very borderline decision.

    Plenty to think about today.

Not the guy you asked but for me I am putting it on him because he went big against the Roosters earlier this year, it is a big game which means he will be up for it and there is little to no chance of an early shower and he has had a week off so should be fresh.

In another topic (cant remember where) I predicted Smith will score 73 this week. I'll take this as being a locked in now #luckyvkthetwat

My gut is leaning towards Watson also mate. 2 more rounds at hooker than should play 80 in the backs for 17 with Ponga probably rested. Should make well over 100K and straight swap to a gun.

@my tv broke @wolfking - this makes me feel a few % better about the decision. It might just tip it over the edge

How are the 'trade out Fifita crew' feeling today?

I've gone cold on it tbh. I don't have the trades to get him back and I don't want to risk the run home without him. If I had a couple more trades then I'd be all over it. The last season version of me would punt him I think. So very tempting!

I wouldn't be comfortable with my thoughts mate. I've had a lot go wrong haha. I want to ditch CNK but will have to get Watson for Fifi instead.

I reached the point where I decided against it.

It will cost me 1 extra trade, but I just don't want to be that light on come round 17/18, and I won't necessarily be any better off with regards to points, as long as Martin keeps scoring over 40.

I'll be playing Havilli and CNK if I don't. How many trades do you have left?
