If I heard the ref correctly he said it was a dangerous and deliberate tackle and there had been too many penalties already.

It wasn't dangerous, it was a bit rough but it's Rugby League ffs. Also it was the first penalty in the second half.

I think the refs will have some splainin' to do.

Just think - if Buhrer doesn't knock-on, none of that happens .... consequences

I can see a Bronco getting sinbinned for a "dangerous" tackle to make up for it later in the game.
