Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 67
I've only had MC9 and CS9 play. I have 7 to go in captain Haas, Nikora, Xerri, SJ, RTS, Watson and Coates. 6 trades and dunno if it's worth getting an extra player, especially when I have Watson and Fainu in my squad. Plus I need Fifi back.

As a Mahoney owner this would be appreciated

302/4c with Haas, SJ, Watson, Nikora, and RTS to come.
Hopefully the remainer of the cheap cash-outs will be fantasy fodder.

Looks like a few coaches here have some good numbers left to play. I’ve got just RTS, Watson, Nikora and Haas. Is that going to hold ground or blow out?

Apparently Milford should be good to play in round 17. Makes me question trading him to SJ

Edit: full quotes from Siebold. They are unsure tbh. It might be risky to hold him..
"He had a cortisone two days ago and we are hoping that he will be back next week. That is best case scenario," Seibold said.
"He has an MCL injury and it just needs to settle from a pain point of view. If it doesn’t settle then he will have to have a minor clean-out which is four to six weeks.
"He will need that operation at some stage. We are trying to hold it off until the end of the year because he is crucial to what we do.
"I want to have a look at Milf in the fullback position before the end of the year so if we can get him back on the park sooner rather than later I will put him back to fullback and let him have an extended run there because I thought he showed some really good glimpses.

Best case scenario of playing next week, still a possibility of being out longterm though.

The question is do you want him at fullback if he does return?

Unless he holds general play kicking he is a 40-45 average playerSyzy wrote:The question is do you want him at fullback if he does return?
If that is good enough for your final 17/18 he might be worth keeping...

I reckon he could average 50 at fb... next season. If he returns next week, his knee wont be 100%, and our side isnt going well enough to give him the opportunities.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 67
The question is can Milford's body handle all the running required at f/b & I'd say this is what caused the injury. So I'm not confident when he returns to play that he won't re-injure himself. He'll be gtg at f/b next year because he'll have all off season to condition his body & his aerobic capacity to handle it.

Can we expect big minutes from Tevaga again?
What is Burr's role going to be?
Blair and Papa have been playing big mins in the back row.

Entering the top 3 this week? Looking pretty good at the moment. #teamMTBmy tv broke wrote:I reckon he could average 50 at fb... next season. If he returns next week, his knee wont be 100%, and our side isnt going well enough to give him the opportunities.

I don’t see any reason Tevaga won’t get 60+ minutes this weekSyzy wrote:Can we expect big minutes from Tevaga again?

fuckin' lol, even with Perenara coming down with a rare case of common sense, it turns out you can't tackle Cronk and get away with not paying the price, Aloiai got booked for dangerous contact for it

But is he a buy at 60mins?
Might average 50ish?
3 x 50's still makes him about 100k.
I read the only reason he came off last week was because he had to restrap his ankle which isn't 100% but is something he can manage.

That's just taking the piss. Very frustrating as a fan to see this.
Tigers should fight it on principle but most probably take the guilty plea to avoid suspension.

Anybody holding Milford then or is it too big a risk? Would hate to reverse the trade to SJ and SJ goes boom and Milford still isn’t back best week

I'm holding him, but also looking to pick up SJ. I'll take 3 halves into next week and will sell either Milf or Morgan depending on Milf's situation.
