Watson is the type of player who will have a 25 minute period where he is in everyone, sparking everything and scoring tries. Hoping that 25 minutes is about 30 and he makes 50 points from it, then can just coast of return metres.

Didn’t expect both Ted and Ponga to be out this week, was hoping Lomax would be back to cover if they were
Looks like I’ll have to pull the trigger on Lomax>Burns so I can field 17 and keep the coverage

I still think Dylan brown is the pick of the cheapies. Drinkwater in the more expensive bracket but fixtures not amazingAardvark Ratnick wrote:I need Half cover for Ponga this weekend and a cashout, looking at Jerome Luai - any feed back would be appreciated/ trades not a worry.

Really torn on this Martin to Burns trade.

Plus Munster and Croft are the only halves in the squad. Walters wasn’t named on the extended squad so only change Munster is rested is if Hughes goes to half and Bellamy said he isn’t doing that.filthridden wrote:

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 68
So at full strength, if there is such a thing, my team looks like this.
Smith
Haas, Fifita
Lolo, Taupau, Murray
Milford, Brooks
Nikora, Xerri
Ponga, Teddy, RTS
SST, Tevaga, SJ, Fainu
CNK, Martin, Brittain, Walters
Does this make Martin expendable if i want to get Burns this week?
I only have 4 trades left and 40k so cant really go upgrading anywhere and not overly keen now to use two trades.

Yeah Munster is 100% playing if not injured.
Still weird they didn't name Walters as cover, Munster could pick up a niggle. Easy to move Hughes to 6, but seems like an odd disruption since Bellamy chose not to do that last week.
Walters isn't named for Easts either, so maybe he has a niggle himself. (although QRL teamlists aren't terribly reliable on Tuesdays)

With Yeo back at 2nd row (and should play 80 there) this could mean Martin plays closer to 60 minutes instead of doing the lock/2nd row shuffle with winterstein.
Winterstein on the bench though, probably barely gets used.

Watson/Xerri -> Cook/Burns if what I've pencilled in, but will probably reverse before lock-out. I've a 68k buffer, so unless we get two seriously low scores from WX, and Boo-urns knocks it out of the park, I should be safe.

I reckon Souths are in for a huge run to finish the year, so I’ve brought in Reyno and Burns. Leaves 5 trades and $363 bank. Out go Watson and Ponga. One of my guns will get injured this week for sure, so I’ll bring Ponga back in if he proves his fitness. Seems a bit fragile to me.....queue the Reyno comments

My two ins this week also. Rabbits getting Surgess back will boost them immensely! With the team almost full strength minus the other two burgess's I think Rabbits will be firing for the finals. Wayne is no stranger to this time of year.

I have a gut feeling that he will miss a game or two in the run home with niggles, and the Knights will be super cautious about it.

Yeah I hadn't thought of that. Burns at worst is decent cover for WFB/CTR. It's probably something I'm going to have to do.
Would also be nice if Brittain could get a game so I don't have to worry about Murray missing.

I have the same gut feeling too but I haven't traded him yet. I should have held Fifi and traded Ponga. I'm tempted to trade Ponga for Fifi.

I would be stuffed if Murray misses. I don't think he will, coaches generally let the benchies play don't they? Rabbitohs on the back of a few losses, you would think Bennett would want to get a win under the belt.

Manly vs Souths, big game, Souths would really want the W this week to lock them into the top 4.
Murrays mins have been managed quite a bit lately. Hard to tell if he needs a rest, or if he should be reasonably fresh?

Let's hope for the latter other wise I may need to re-evaluate some trades.
