I want Friend in my team as a big-time POD but if I do that, I'll have more Hookers in my team than backstage at a Steel Panther show so I'm not so sure I should.

That's my thinking. My only other option to make it happen would be Nikora to Yeo/Aubbs (also worth a thought)

Thanks for all the captaincy info everyone... which I’m now ignoring to go against the grain with Lolo lol

Rationale:
- he’s still the best scorer (still better than Haas, remembering Lolos avg includes an injury game)
- I don’t have enough of a feel for Fantasy NRL yet to confidently play matchups. As much as I appreciate the @Ben Marlin stats, it’s not enough to draw conclusions IMO.
- I would maybe go Smith but the early shower threat seems real.

I figure worst case is I’m getting a great score against even better scores.

Xerri out and Cook in this week. 4 trades left for the run in. 0$. Fingers crossed

Looking at trading fainu - friend when koro is back. Apart from that i'll be holding my 5 trades for now. Looping latrell and cnk for the 17th position or To'o and latrell if SJ is out. Had a mint score last week of 1141 so hopefully I can back that up this week. Good luck to all

There is a twitch in my fantasy muscle that says bringing in Friend is the right thing to do.

Friend will be a MASSIVE POD for the run in, but does it mean running without Cook/McInnes/Smith?

I got McInnes and Smith. Cook can go and get speared by a Tahitian. Keep your Friend close and your coloniser at sea.

So Friend has to match Cook for it to be worth it fella, I just think Cooks price is too good to look past currently

I love getting Friend in, as someone mentioned earlier I was also marking him up as my final Fainu trade in

But at the expense of Cook I think is 5 points a week down mate

Would you guys recommend getting this week;

Cook + Mbye/Hughes (as 18th man, means Burns will be in my WFB)

or

Turbo + Johnson (Burns to 18th man)

Both options give me good injury cover for the final run home. I'm torn! Turbo/SJ is riskier, but more potential of going big..
