Yeah Wright is firming, considering their right edge is defensively solid.

I read it was Tolo taking the kicks and Drinkwater needs to focus on catching his slotted shots.
Could be a gee up, but man I'd take him as C if it's true.
How can we find out! we must go deeeper

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 part 73
"Cause Jake Clifford can't get any of his kicks in, I have now taken over kicking duties. Scott Drinkwater can you worry about catching the ball instead".
This is worded very poorly. I myself more take it as a G-Up about Clifford missing a couple shots and Drinkwater maybe dropping a few balls, because heaps of players can be seen practising their kicks in the captains run. Then, I can also read it as sort of a coded message saying Clifford may have been stood down from kicking duties and Drinkwater is now kicking goals as Tolo is saying can you worry about catching the ball, instead of kicking. I guess wee will find out tonight..... if they score.
EDIT: Drinkwater has done a little bit of kicking throughout his QRL days

Which half out of DCE, Munster, Cleary or Reynolds? Currently have Ponga and Johnson my only halves.
Thanks.
Thanks.

DCE
Munster/Reynolds
Cleary
That's how I would rank it.

Its really just a question of going with your gut.
Any one of them are capable of outscoring the others over the next 7 weeks. Barring injury, they'll all go well, so its just a matter of picking the one who can pick up a couple of monster scores.

I saw someone on twitter yesterday say that Hess will start at left centre. No idea if that is true..
That would be diabolical but marginally better than having Bowen there.

I honestly wonder if there is any truth behind it, because I can't recall but I vaguely remember Clifford has been slotting his shots
Clifford's been nailing them.
Edit: I missed most of last week's game, so don't know, prior to that was nailing them.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 part 73
My preference was for DCE initially, but hasn't been goalkicking since returning from injury and is averaging 52.2 from those 5 games.
Averaged 55 last year with goalkicking and around 50 for a few years previous.
I'd rank them ARey, Cleary/DCE and Munster.
Munster's had a great year so far, but averaging over 10 points more than last year, so not sure he can maintain it, or could get a rest if 1st is wrapped up.

Bowen didn't travel according to the Cowboys forum.

Scored 50+ 3 times from 14 games.
2 of those 3 games he's had to score at least two tries for the score.
You think he'll score a double tonight?

I backed Nikora to return to fantasy form last week, it's Xerri's turn. (I know that means jack shit lol) I think he'll be more aggressive and get some TB's like he was getting when he first came into first grade.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 part 73
He was great in those first few games but it's as though he's been told to calm it down in recent weeks and get the basics right rather than run riot.wolfking wrote:

A guy with that talent, surely you'd just let him loose and give him loads of ball.
Sharks form/potential in-fighting might not be helping either. Probably effect the younger members of the squad more than the elders.

If he's up against Bowen or Hess on right side of attack with SJ/Nikora/Dugan, yeah probably
If he's on left side up against Opacic with Townsend/Feki/Capewell, less likely I'd say

Thanks.
Also, the community team voted on those exact 4 halves.
DCE - 13 votes
ARey - 4 votes
Cleary - 4 votes
Munster - 0 votes
I voted for ARey though because of DCE not goalkicking currently. If he gets it back, then I'd rank him 1st. Garrick did have a couple of ugly ones on the weekend.

KBrom is another one @ 584k. Averaging 49.2 over the season including a drop in scores recently hence his lower price.
Could be a good pick if he regains form as I would say he is currently underpriced now that you've got a full strength Storm team about to fire their way to the finals.
Shane Wright still probably the pick of that bunch though assuming he keeps his current role.
Wade Graham could be a decent cheap pick up at $500k. 50 in his one 80min game this season and if it's true that Morris wants to favour him ahead of Nikora then he'll score well if he stays injury free.
JFH has been going nicely at 52.3 for the season & 65.3 as 3 game overage and only owned by 5.01%
