He was pretty expensive and had a high average when I got him over Munster/ARey/Cleary etc etc just before the first bye but I honestly think he has been one of my favourite trades EVER!

Been an incredible run with him and I don't think i've ever seen a half score as consistently and as well as he has!
Ok with the fact you’re only about 100 places behind me now I think you’ve convinced me to bring Moses in.

This weekend I can see Moses scoring 80 against the Titans and I can see Haas going close to that against a Panthers teams who miss lots of tackles so I expect Haas to get lots of tackle breaks.

The old pick to stop the chase I like it Very Happy

In all honesty I wouldn't be paying 800k on a half but you can't argue with Moses and his current form, kid is a fantasy delight

although price irrelevant at this stage, just get the player you think will score the most points over last few rounds

It sounds ironic, but SJ and Moses are looking to be the most consistent HLFs alongside DCE because they just rack up stats in every area and GK as well

I missed the initial Moses hype for the first bye round and was sick of him pumping big score out after big score and decided to jump on and am enjoying the ride.

Eels' run home is Titans, Dogs, Broncos and Eagles so should be plenty of attacking stats

Hate relying on attacking stats but end of season it's best place to look

Moses KM are insane with his GK (shit on weekend) and semi decent tackle numbers his base is very good, the attacking stats are just elevating him currently into probably the best fantasy half in the game

    Teddy Tommy T RTS

    Smith McInnes Ponga Tevaga

    Verrills Lomax Boyle Coates

By the way I’m gonna join up and play in a league on here next year, I’ll be fine with a starter league, can I also participate in the eliminator league or is that just for guys who have been on here for a fair time?

How’s your rank going this year? Third year player I am and it’s the first year I’ve went for overall along with head to head, to be ranked 684 is a pretty good effort I reckon.

Yeah mate, with 4 trades I wouldn’t worry about having to use 2 to get Moses. I’ve been out of trades since the second bye. Just cracked top 400 last round after really stuffing up my season early. Gl mate.

Oh and in terms of leagues I’m not sure... I think anyone can join though! One of the mods should be able to give u the info.

If the Hookers(Smith, Cook, McInnes) weren't doing so well I would be tempted to stack my bench with halves.

Running home with Munster, Moses, DCE and Cleary gives your team an incredible ceiling.

Maybe I'll start 2020 similar to how Booze started 2019 stacking one position

    Hi Rabbits21.

Leagues here are open to everyone. Look out for a registration thread in February.

We rank leagues based on the previous years league position. We exclude new players from the first few leagues, based on your current rank you'd be in about L4 or L5 next year. To make into into L1 next year is going to take a top 50 ranking (WT2K is currently the 16th best fanatic, 45th overall)

Everyone in our ranked leagues automatically goes into out eliminator - no further action required.

Who is a better captain option, Haas or McInnes? I'm not sure if I should hop on to McInnes after big points last week or just captain Haas because of his consistency.

Cheers bro I’m sweet with that and am more than happy to provide a photo with my end of season ranking, league 5 or so sounds great.

I’m hoping throughout the pre season to pick up a few more little tips and things around this place too from the best to help me get better.

I think Haas is going big this week maybe around 75-80. Penrith can miss lots of tackles and I expect he will bust lots of tackles.

Teddy against Warriors in day time is also tempting, but after my bad result of Cook getting 52 this week I may just look to put it on Haas. Moses would be very tempting too as he’s playing the Titans which seems to be a good way to go big just Captain a keeper against the Titans and kabbbooommmm magic!

Seeing as I don't own Moses (which will almost certainly ruin my chances of getting into L1), I think my best bet is SJ as captain against the Dragons, it's a Sunday afternoon game at Shark Park and I reckon the Sharks will be fired up after getting their pants pulled down by Penrith.

However, if Fifita is out (or even if he isn't), I might just burn my last two trades on the following. Thoughts? Am I just chasing too hard?

DBrown -> Kamikamica so I have at least some FRF cover with no trades left, I'm picking him since he's the best scorer under 331k (and no point getting a red dot as I won't have any trades left so might as well use my bank) and likely plays every game remaining due to Welch being out for the season.

Fifita -> Moses, so that I'm not getting burned by not having Moses. I have cover in all other positions, though CTR and FRF will be a bit shaky if Burns is out for any length of time, but it might be a risk worth taking with only 4 rounds left to play.

Your Munster, DCE, Mitchell, TTurbo, Norman, WGraham vs my Moses, Johnson, Nikora, RTS, Tevaga, Fifita. No way to predict. All these guys can go large......or not. Good luck!

One thing is for sure @SI is 100% in your corner. He's already mentioned if I win I'll be insufferable and he's not wrong 😂

Burns has pulled up well mate and it’s looking very likely he plays on Saturday, all his tests came back clear and he’s gonna get back into full training.

Also something tells me we haven’t seen the last of the injuries yet.

As the good old saying goes, I guess sometimes you have to risk it to get the biscuit........
