I need 1 out of Staggs/Nikora to loop into my centres and I need 2 out of Twal/Verrills/Staggs/Nikor for my final 2 bench spots

Any help would be much appreciated

Seems okay. See Twal's score before looping in Verrills, and see Staggs' score before looping in Nikora. The problem is, if Twal sucks, you might prefer to play both Staggs and Nikora over Verrills BEFORE seeing Staggs' score. I can't see a way to look at any more scores.
