    Why would you sell smith?
    He is averaging 62.1

I think Watson will score more over the last two rounds.  Plus cancels out a red dot in Burns and gives me the money for Fifi.  I wouldn't be surprised also if the Storm win this week then Smith could possibly be rested in round 25.

Watson will tear up the Titans..........(I know Munster was suppose to also)

EDIT: Plus Watson means I can keep Ponga on the bench and then with Fifi, that moves Taupau on the bench and I'll have cover in all areas at least for next week.  I'm just outside the top 1000, just gotta try something at the death.

Was going to go Ponga to Nofo but I think Knights will put in now.

EDIT no.2: Plus, Smith was suppose to get 80 against the Titans and he let me down. Very Happy

Ponga for prez wrote:If matto ends up playing hooker will that help his fantasy scores? Also Munster to Moses a good trade?
    Matterson won't play hooker

Last week Benji played in attack and Matterson did the defence.
This would not change his scores at all since he will be doing the same defence in the middle and his role in attack wasn't changed either.

Can you sell Burns for somebody decent and hold the other trade in case there is an injury this week

I think Smith > Watson is unnecessary
You might get an extra 30 points at best with the potential to also lose points. If you get an injury this week, without looking at your team you might be down to 16 which would cost you around 50 points (depending who the player is). If you don't get any injuries than you can do Smith > Watson for the final week if you really wish

    Ben Marlin wrote:Quick question

For the prices at the start of the year, is it the same price as round 25 of the previous year or do they multiply the player's average by a magic number?

Generally it's their average multiplied by a magic number, less an increasing discount for how many games under 10 they've played. There are some quirks though, this year they seemed to build in a plus or minus 1-2% for some reason. Also pricing for guys coming over from super league seem to be a lottery. Also guys coming back from a long injury lay-off sometimes get some random loading, but yeah generally it's average multiplied by the magic number.

Nah only got 46K ao can't get anyone for Burns. Doing the trades I'd have CNK/Xerri as 18th man and Lomax as 19th. Was just a sneaky idea but I'd have to use both to get someone decent. If news comes through Crichton will be benched may just go him to Fifita. I can't make any ground with my ranking lately so just a bit if a hail Mary.

You could do worse mate. Back at lock, warriors still carrying a utility on the bench.

    Averaging 64 starting lock.

I'm glad Watson is back. My team missed him last week because he's my McInnes. Also glad that JFH is back at lock & out of the frf rotation & he surely goes back to playing 80 mins. I was going to trade N. Brown to A. Fifita but Fifita starting off the bench & up against the Raiders so I doubt he'll have the same impact against the Raiders strong defense that he had against the Warriors weak defense where he made heaps of tb's tb's. Now I'm unsure of this trade.

What about Burns > Papenhuyzen or Kenny

Otherwise you could downgrade one of CNK, Xerri or Lomax

Lolo will be back in for me, Arrow has been a disappointment and is carrying that sternum injury again, can’t see him scoring more than early to mid 40’s.

Kahu comes in as my 19th man for Lomax which is where the cash comes from.

That’ll be my last two trades.

I don’t think I have the guts to put it on Ponga, I think Cook will carve the Warriors up so I’ll probs play it safe.

Then again Penrith miss so many tackles so Teddy could bust a dozen tackles.

Burns and CNK were my initial trade out options mate. May still stick with them. Papy an interesting one that has become an option now indeed. Cheers.

The 1-2% thing you mentioned they introduced this year was a modifier based on ownership percentage, although we never worked out the exact effect.
