The Broncos were starved of the ball at important periods in the game, imo they didn't play that badly but they had no energy when they finally got the ball back & those easy tries at the end were because they were exhausted which makes the performance of Haas playing 80 minutes unreal, what a beast. I don't think the Broncos need to buy a hlf. Just move Milford back to standoff next year & play Dearden at half. SOS with a bad injury so he could figure later on if needed. Turpin needs to go on the bench & he can cover hlf & spell Macca. Play Isaako at f/b & that's a pretty good spine (Macca, Dearden, Milford. Isaako).

Should never have wasted 1.5 mil on Roberts and Bird. Disaster.

We've needed a half since Hunt left and I've been  yapping about it ever since.  Whilst not a superstar, we've failed to replace Hunt. Bennett's solution to Hunt leaving was Kodi fucking Nikorima, that's where we went wrong. It's looking like Milford will have to go back to the halves since we don't have much of an option. After Isaako's rubbish season I'm not confident if he is the fullback next year but who the fuck knows with this club anymore.
