Matty obviously loves hitting the pokies himself, his body language gave a lot away. Finch obviously needs help and doesn't have good mates around him, especially at work.

It's been on Twitter but not much else. I'm sure they'll come out with something about public speaking makes him have anxiety and he deals with mental health issues because they hide behind such a serious illness for these things.
He was 100% on the coke or the pipe. I'd imagine coke. There's absolutely no doubt in my mind, couldn't sit still, jilted talking and talking over others not very professional to be doing it "at work" but I guess it's just a podcast.
