Nah that's Rapana who has gone to Japanese rugby. Leilua was told he could look around & apparently the Bulldogs are interested but there's been nothing concrete re Leilua. C. Scott is good but Leilua is a better ctr & if Leilua stays at the Raiders then C. Scott might have to bide his time on the wing taking Rapana's spot but you also have Cotric & Simonsson as wingers, Cotric won't get dropped so it will be C. Scott v Simonsson for Rapana's wing spot.

Even adding Vete today, Storm only have 24 players signed. And they want to release Scott and maybe Croft. Going to be interesting how they get close to a full squad.

Everyones announcing development squads today to get them to the numbers. Wacko's got a post for just about every club on twitter

Leilua is a better centre if he plays at his best.
Scott is only 22 and has a lot of potential to come, I feel.

Scott won't play on the wing and he won't sign to play reserve grade.
Leilua being moved on is the only outcome I can see here.

The Roosters power brokers are so off L. Mitchell they have spoken about him playing reserve grade for North Sydney in 2020. He better make a decision on his playing future soon.

This Radradra rumour was on the radio before & I think they said he is prepared to pay $2m to buy his way out of his rugby contract. Well no man in his right mind would blow $2m. Apparently on the radio they said his family & himself were homesick.

Yeah !!!! Uncle Wayne has lost a shit load of forwards so he is going to spend money on outside backs who need the go forward to create space to excel.

And Great Britain did so well. I changed the Souths thread heading for a reason and I stand by it.

Semi back to NRL is even dumber than the Smith to #7.

This is a guy who played RL for Aus over Fiji because he'd get an extra 20k to support his family and now he's giving up $2m to break a contract. No chance IMO.

I do think he might return to NRL in a couple of years time though.

For the Broncos to sign anybody, they have to first release someone, from what I can tell. They announced a full 29 man roster recently, and that list doesnt include Glenn, who is staying but just not announced yet.

Has to be Macca or Boyd out doesnt it?.. or both? And as much I dont want macca in the side, if he does leave, that leaves us with 1 hooker in our top 30..

And on the other end the storm already got a special exemption to name less than 24 players at 1 Nov. Then have since signed Vete to get to 24, but are rumoured to lose Croft and Scott. They also only named two dev players. So they are potentially a dozen short of a full squad. Going to be a lot of Qld Cup players making up the numbers.

McGregor has said Lomax will get first shot at Dragons FB next year
