Drinkwater's career average in the halves is 60!
He's been on my radar for a while. If he can beat Clifford to a first grade spot he's under strong consideration

It is the best possible thing that could happen to Souths. It’s not a serious injury hopefully, but he is past it. Yes, he had one decent Origin game amongst superstars last year, but he is a PLODDER.
I want to see some of the up and coming Souths forwards in first grade now. We will never win a Comp with Lowe as anything more than a depth player. That is all he is.
In 2014, Souths won the Comp with 5 first year rookies.
I’ll let people here look them up. I’ll award points.

He hasn’t got the gig. I’d almost give Rabs odds that he wont

$100 even money says they don’t both average 50.Rabbit wrote:
He was always a first pick fullback, playing in the halves and has been in my team from first iteration. All the Storm breakouts - Pap, Drinkwater and Hughes are great fullback options. The last 2 are guaranteed to average 50+.

Actually that’d be stealing more money off you. I’ll give you $5, that equaled 4/1 when you were 50.
Who is MC9?wolfking wrote:Saw most of the games except the first 3 and missed the last one. Bunnies looked shit.
Happy starting with Moses but not so much Matterson based on that but early days. I have Williams who was okay if he gets the minutes. Hess can stay in if he gets the starting gig. Thst try was vintage Hess. Drinkwater looking good too.
Sailor for a wing spot, even taking FB from Lomax? MC9 might have to be a pick too. Looked gold. Fitting him and Haas in is going to be tough. Croft showed some nice glimpses too.
