Agreed, both parties played in the current rules

The rules being a total shambles is another matter for the NRL to deal with

I’d agree, except where do you think the overblown media stories came from? It was very one way traffic.

Anyway, the Roosters can play a bunch of forwards at centre and Mitchell can spend a year trying to develop towards being the next Inglis. Good luck to all parties.

Contrast to the parallel situation with Arrow. Or Matterson actually being a compete punk with the Tigers and somehow getting less reputational damage than Mitchell from it.

I did get some inside info re some of what went on at the Roosters and how Latrell was treated and bullied but I won’t go into much of it and yes he made some mistakes as well but in the end it became untenable.

That first player manager he had at Roosters for starters tried bullying him into signing for unders for starters. Deakin I think his name was and then they wanted him to pay a fine on his way out of the club for some clause that he didn’t re-sign with them!

Of course Latrell is moving on and will just speak highly of what happened at Easts so he doesn’t carry the circus on etc......

Obviously Fittler and Latrell didn’t see eye to eye as well and Latrell’ Father is a diehard Souths member as is  most of his family and then there was the fact he wanted to return to playing fullback and be coached by Wayne along with the indigenous side of things at Souths.

When the Roosters first learnt that Latrell wanted to go to in their eyes what is the enemy of course in Souths is also when he was treated much “differently”!

Did Lolo and Haas play 80 mins? Has all the players on 80 mins and they scored 28 and 32

Also no player stats for Dogs vs Sharks or Panthers vs Tigers

You sign unders and back end it based on potential and prove it.

You sign based on the hype then you have no more substance than the next breaking story.

Every starter had 80 minutes, and every sub has 0 minutes.

You get one's guess as to if that is accurate or not.

I guess the prove it principle goes both ways- players with potential sign unders at good clubs, and overs at the Tigers.

Backended contracts would be fine if clubs didn’t routinely try and get out of them when they started looking like bad business decisions.

For anyone that likes football as a fan of the game you don't get much better insights than this session with Robbo post WCC. It only goes for 7 minutes but great insight into defensive and attacking structures

With the exception of Shibasaki, this is also mine and everybody else’s on this forums team. So we all approve.

Thoughts on my current draft? I had to give up Brandon Smith to upgrade Kerr, replaced them with Stimson and Su'A. If a spot in my team opens up for BSmith, I will definitely put him back in though, I really rate him.

Are you confident Moga keeps spot once Best returns because you're basically locking in 3 trades with players that will likely lose spot in 5-6 rounds with Moga, Aekins and Keppie. I have Keppie but not the other 2 at the moment

Edit: Within 5-6 rounds, Keppie will probably lose spot around R4, and Moga probably around the same while Edwards is probably due back around R6

Been trying to fit in Capewell and Aubbs as centre pairing, but to do so means giving up someone like DFifita or Cleary. Just for peace of mind, would be nice if something happens in the next week or 2 t omake it obvious what the best play is
