Who do you support in the NRL again? Is it the Tigers? Or did I imagine that?standard-issue wrote:

This is a very good point to make Welshy-so we do seeding every year NOT relegation/promotion; so anyone can go from L10 to L1 in the space of a year

Is the Late Mail Crew one official? It's absolutely horrendous, whatever it is. The OTL one is actually not too bad, although they never sound drunk enough.

It’s fine mate, at least you still have the podcast next week with Random to look forward to
Good summary mate.Teeth Eater wrote:

lol. The official NRL one features both the proper one with Dom and CK and then the other one with the Late Mail Crew, all under the same banner. I think Dom and CK were on Tuesday last year and I think the Late Mail Crew is on Wednesday this year - Friday last year. I agree, though - the Late Mail guys are terrible. But I still listen every week, lol. They just seem really oblivious to stuff you just think is really obvious sometimes. The Dom & CK one is pretty solid though.
I like the OTL one too. Nice blend with the two dudes.
The other one I listened to last year was The 18th Man. A bit loose (quite loose at times), but it was okay. Hasn't been updated yet for 2020 so far, though, so not sure if they'll be back.
But yes, I agree. I semi-regularly check for some kind of new Fantasy podcast to listen to and am constantly left wanting.

Sometimes I can imagine things!
Who knows we may catch up for a drink at some point.

You guys have got Madge now too so of course I still have a soft spot for him.
I was shocked to hear today Douiehi is likely to start off the bench.
I thought he had been guaranteed to get the 1 when he signed with you guys.
On another if Musgrove can behave himself he looks set for a very good season and it won’t be long til he starts.
Don’t think I forgot to reply to your PM, I’ll respond now, I just had a shower and had to see to the cat and yes before I go to bed tonight I’ll register in the league.

Conveniently forgot about the 1969 GF did we ?
Mate I just registered for the league and also for the Fanatics overall league as well.standard-issue wrote:
No probs mate.
Just my personal opinion, but Walters needs back up for at least a few weeks so Grub might be the bench utility. Either that or Madge is going to have an ugly shuffle with MBye or ET (God help us), playing some dummy half.
Would love to see Rennings get the arse, Thomson to Wing (although he is a very good fullback) and Doohickey given a few weeks at 1 to see what happens. That leaves Grub on the bench to spell Walters. Rennings does seem pretty popular with the team though and Madge has been sticking with him.

Keen to learn more about the eliminators when they come up through the season.
Also who else is in League 10 with me? Should be good still

That was the game when every time Souths started looking threatening a Tiger would go down injured so they had to stop the game for the "injured" player. The Tigers could then have a rest and re set their defensive line.
The rules were changed after that game so that only serious injuries would stop the game !!
