2 scores as starter are 40 and 39. There were a lot of attacking stats there, and several missed tackles, but he should be able to beat his BE. By how much is the question

Look at his sweet, sweet Fiji International stats.

Mann vs Wakeham should be this year's Lawrie vs Hosr, although I think there's a lot of value in both of them.

Not sure if anyone answered but a few of us only use the Sportsdeck version. Can anyone on here help Fingers?

With his missed tackle rate he’d be starting on about -12 which is the issue.

Yet even starting on -12 he has still managed to score 40 on both his starts.

If he can maintain any sort of attacking output he's better than Luai (and better than best/shibaskai whatever shit centre people are picking)

B smith has developed into that lock type role over the past couple years. Highly doubt Grant walks into that. Reckon he gets next to no mins if any at all, CS9 will play 80. Storm will have 3 big men and maybe Earl on the bench

Agree. Don't see any need for Storm to play Grant on bench. Do see the need for them to stall the trade to cover an injury to CS9 while BS14 is out.

I think Mann is the better option.

Once again though I’m warming to JMK. I think he can be a consistent scorer and average mid 40’s.

Going with JMK as second half means I could get Aubbo/Burns at centre over Shiba.

Croft is another option but between his 50’s there is likely to be scores of 30 and I don’t think I can handle that!

Does not matter in the slightest how they get their scores, as long as they average more than you are purchasing them for that's a win. Obviously a buffer built in with how much overs they go to consider it a win

Sorry for going slightly off-topic but has anyone done an SC draft this year?
Doing two tomorrow and have just spent a few hours on the pre-draft lists. Will be really frustrated if their issues still haven't been settled!

Not the most amazing opposition, but 66, 68, 37 vs Lebanon, Samoa, PNG last year. Includes a lot of goals, wonder if he kicks for Dogs?

No Stimson, Averillo, and Meaney coming back from injury, sounds likely Smile

    For those wondering

    66 vs Lebanaon ( 1 try, 8 goals)
    68 vs Samoa (55 goals)
    37 vs PNG (3 goals)

Across the 3 games he made 51 tackles missed 5.
Got some bulk kicking metres that he probably wouldn't get in

Had a look at NSW Cup found 5 starts last year for scores of 41, 44, 27, 26, 32  Not great (that last score he kicked 6 goals, but no tries/goals in any of the others)

Croft, Flanagan, JMK, Mann, and Wakeham.

    I'll take a punt Random...

    1. Croft - will play the season. Should get good base stats on kick meters (especially when Seibold realises Milfs kicking game is average at best) and will have a hand in most our plays. Potential for TAs and LBAs. Average of 45 give or take over the season.

2.Flanagan/JMK - Expect Keary to be the dominate half. Playing alongside a bloke that can already kick and run the ball, it's hard to see him being given a lot of responsibility in his first year. JMK will get most of his stats through tackles likely, but I struggle to put a lot of faith in a bloke that was barely fit enough to make a rd1 team list. I project the pair will average high 30s to low 40s.

    3. Mann/Wakenham - how long will either get honestly? Mann the more likely while playing with Pearce but underperforming Knights (if that happens) could ring in changes fast. Wakenham couldn't tackle a stationary roadworks "stop/go" operator but has atta king flair. Both could be unseated in a very short period of time.

Wakeham getting his spot over Cogger (non goal kicker) makes sense with the rest of the team selection. Would back him to be the kicker this weekend.

Please note: none of my analysis takes starting price or team makeup into account. To be honest, I'll be running Mann as much as I dislike it as it enables me to do what I want to do in other areas to my team.

I wonder how safe Wakeham is. Would be interesting to know how close it was between the two and Wakeham getting the gig.
