Saw it reported on CH9 this morning. They said it was sex with school-aged girls, legal age, no laws broken .... but they never reported it was on official club/NRL business. They may not have broken any laws but I still think they're 'gone'.

It doesn't matter how many 'Simply the best' adverts they put out - the NRL's reputation is still in the gutter

Mate, public perception trumps law sometimes. Regardless, if the allegations are true, they will get the sack. Thats what 99% of workplaces would do in the same situation.

I dont know where you work bro, but I work at a Uni and visit a highschool once a week. I would be out the door in an instant if I ever brought one of the high school students to a hotel with me (regardless of their age). The law doesnt matter here, its workplace codes of conduct. Its a sackable offence at the best of times, but when you are high-profile and its all been made public... bro no question, these idiots are done and if they are not, then the story wont go away, public will make sure of that.

Certainly dont think you are defending it though man.

Well this is the problem, isn't it. It's embarrassing to say you follow league when you're around non league people.

The general public perception of league (outside of league circles) is still terrible, latest incident only going to make it worse.

Rusted on league fans don't seem to understand that the NRL ad is not for them. Its for people outside the game. The NRL doing it's best to improve its reputation beyond the existing fanbase, and then this crap happens,

Levi for sure but ideally neither.

Yeo's only got that spot so they can ease JFH back in from his injury, he'll be on the bench in a few weeks at most, if not next week.

Levi doesn't look bad but I'd rather save 100k and get Su'a or Brailey, then use that 100k elsewhere.

I thought CHN was on thin ice anyway. He was in and out of the team last year, and was clearly one of their better players. I got the impression Dean Pay wasn't a fan of his, this will just give him the final excuse.

Dogs are rebuilding and Dean pay seems to have a bit of a 0 tolerance policy, I think they are both gone long term.

Where is White Lightning when you need him?

He also hasn't given us his 100 team variations we have rabs21 now instead. Perhaps he is feeling threatened.
