Levi or Horse?

Horse is good for at least 4 weeks and 45 points priced at 32
Levi should get 80 mins as i can't see Croker coming in and replacing him. Did well in the trials. Can see high 40's low 50's if thats the case

Now I've put C on Ponga I'm looking at Haas in supposedly bad conditions and thinking why not get Lolo +125k instead to start

With Holmes gk I'm tempted to try and get him in my team but means I would have to move away from my gun HLFs strategy and I don't think I want to do that.

Those picking Horsburgh.. are you concerned about his ability to play big mins on an edge? Will he be gassed after 60 mins and get subbed or start dropping Capewell esque MT's?

in the last week my halfs have gone from Moses and Brimson to Mann and Walters

Just took Tolo out to improve elsewhere...feels wrong, hope he doesn't bust out a big one to start off

Yeah, it's a concern and a bit of a punt, including the return of Sutton in Rnd 2.The insurance is that there are a lot of 470-490k players around to quickly correct any mistake.

Alright, so what are peoples thoughts with the Walters/Grant situation?

If nothing actually changes, Walters is a good cow and likely playable in your 17, but things may change quickly and we're unlikely to know what's going on before round 1 lockouts. Momo named on extended bench when reportedly fit is interesting, though Grant is named on the Storm bench.. they kind of have the upper hand though.

1) Pick Walters in 17, leave out Grant. If swap deal goes ahead you're forced to trade Walters (to Grant?) immediately, or rely on another NPR for a week or so.

2) Pick Walters in NPR.. probably scores well enough to play, but you aren't forced to trade immediately if their situation changes.

3) Why not have both?

4) Just pick Grant and hope the deal goes ahead asap.

5) PICK NONE

Really coming around to the HLFs playing at HOK combo of JMK/Walters and hoping the Grant swap doesn’t happen.

No one has been interest in Turpin? I know it is a very small sample but in his two games playing 80 minutes at hooker he averages 58.8 (49 and 68). The 68 included a try, so lets say maybe take of 1 try and 1 tb to discount it, which equals an average of 53 as an 80 minute hooker. Looking at his bases stats playing 80 minutes he averages 38 km, 36 tackles and 61.5 mg, which is roughly 44 points in base stats for someone priced at 38 (557K). I know AMC is on the bench but reports are he is only there to fill in the middle and Turpin has the 9 all to himself... Could be a cheap option for those not interested in Friend.

I've just sold Haas and bought Lolo and don't know where to spend the 161k left but Wiliame at CTR and no cover making me nervous

My 2c Tolo, you can get Haas cheaper in a few weeks
