Honestly don’t know what to say.. it’s like my whole world has come crumbling down.
I started my day confident, happy and full of excitement knowing that round 1 was just 2 days away. My body was in the best shape it had been in the last 3 years. After 2 season-ending injuries in my first 2 years at the club it definitely hasn’t gone to plan and I’m sorry for that. I understand that a lot of fans are upset with me over the last few seasons but injuries are definitely something I can’t control. I think it’s more about situations where people put out a flailing arm trying to stop a winger or something when the guy is pretty much over, but they need to put in an effort for the team
