I am no where near as confident going into this year as I normally am. I am really leaning towards forgoing Lolo in my team. Just so much more balance around the park without him and I have a feeling he will have a quiet one tomorrow night.

I really like my 1-13. Great mix of Guns, Middies, Cows. Not a fan of my 14-17, feels a little weak and meh... My 18-21 is pretty standard.

For what it's worth I've landed on Cleary instead of Moses. I think you will want Cleary, DCE and Moses all in your team by the end of the season. Moses plays round 12 and the other two play origin so I definitely understand going with Moses. Cleary has the no Maloney upside which is enough to get him over the line for me

In the end I'm going option C, picking Arrow, Friend and Drinky.
I love Ponga and Turbo but Arrow will average more than either of them most likely and is a huge POD (only 3.9% owned compared to 14.8% for Ponga and 19% for Turbo)

Knight, Sua, Hess
Williame, Shiba, Lomax
Also am I mad to run no CTR coverage to pick up someone like musgrove, JTB etc. or do I pick all 3 above CTR options
Thanks
Knight and Wiliame only players in my team.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2020 Part 14 - Game Day!
My only conundrum left now is what to do about a reserve CTR.
Need to decide between Hampton (low base and potentially poor job security), Tuala (also low base but slightly better JS, doesn't cover WFB though) and just running another 246k forward (leaves CTR completely bare with Wiliame and Watkins starting).

Ownership and PODs mean absolutely nothing at this stage it's just who scores more
Jamil Hopoate only has 1% less ownership than Carrigan

I get you, but I'm picking Arrow because I think he will score more than Ponga or Turbo, and all three play Origin making bye coverage irrelevant as a tie breaker. Low ownership is a nice bonus though.

That Titans bench looks sweet for Arrow to play big mins. Is anyone considering picking Arrow over Taumalolo.

I think Cleary will average more but then Moses plays round 12 - if he makes origin its because he is gunning it and has likely maintained his average. Great opening draw of Bulldogs (H), Titans (A), Cowboys (A), Dragons (H), Tigers (A), Bulldogs (A). Only unfavourable fixture is Cowboys away but gets good kick metres and only against Cooper in terms of tackling one on one. Eels should put up some scores even if they don't exactly win these games. Hard to ignore draw when Cleary faces Roosters, Storm, Broncos and Raiders in first 5 rounds, with 3 of those sides the best defensive sides.

As far as B is concerned It’s one or the other! I have zero faith in Tapine scoring well at lock. Ideally they really should swap positions. I am considering dropping Knight for Horse. That cool aid in Canberra has pretty damned amazing healing powers so Horse would have to go to the bench as soon as Bateman returns!Loomer wrote:Looks like I'm down to 2 choices and I like the 2 Raiders. Can people sell me on pros and cons of either
A. Ese'ese + Su'a
B. Tapine + Horsburgh

Nope but I'm running both of them, giving up David Fifita for Arrow. It's a ballsy play but I think Arrow has just as much upside as DFifi but with a higher floor.
