I was in a similar position, I did not have Walters but i think if you started ok you need to go with him now given the Brooks news purely as a cash grab. No way he plays 80 at hooker, he was gassed after 20 in the trials and was falling off tackles hence why i avoided him but with the Brooks news hes in but im playing Musgrove ahead of himdanseels1985 wrote:Have Wiliame in my NPR but I was thinking of flicking him for Walters, good idea for a cash grab?

Mbye still to come back, could play hooker too. There is so much uncertainty over Walters place in the side. Really torn about him.

With such a lack of cheap options, youve really just got to pick the 246k starting hooker and let whatever happens, happen

I have Kerr and Musgrove and trying to decide whether to trade one to Walters or not. Kerr hasn't played much in the pre-season so that's a worry.

Is it worth picking him for Wiliame if you sacrifice your CTR and WFB cover?

Fwiw the only two players Madge has mentioned as hooker options towards the end of the PS was Walters and Reynolds.

I guess the trick with Kerr is trying to work out whether he will be the first change forward. If he is then he should go good. Has passed the eye test. Got a feeling hed score 30 to 35

Yeah good point. Does he come on first over Merrin? That's a big question mark right there.

https://www.nrl.com/news/2020/03/15/warriors-to-stay-in-australia-after-nz-announces-travel-restrictions/
"The Australian government's announcement of the same measures being introduced as of midnight on Sunday has the Warriors fearing they will be unable to fly prop Josh Curran across the Tasman to add reinforcements to Kearney's squad.
Australia's new self-isolation restrictions will also make it extremely difficult for the club and NRL to fly players' partners and family into the country as planned."
