So.. Hughes getting suspended for knocking a ref over and Vuni for a knee lift?

In their defence; it was a ref and Dylan Walker.

    #BREAKINGNEWS #UPDATE

#VodafoneWarriors CEO Cameron George says the side are on the verge of pulling out of the NRL.

Originally the Warriors were looking at staying in Australia, so they could remain in the competition by avoiding two-week Government travel self isolation restrictions.
George has returned to New Zealand, telling Staff on arrival the Warriors had agreed to give it a week, but then all of the players may come back.

If that happens, the Warriors could withdraw from this year's NRL competition.

    More to come.

The one thing that's killing me Nrl / Game wise, is forward passes. Creeping into the game in recent years, and this round it looks to be and more ok. More so from the ruck and dummy half. Smart recruiters should be checking out the contract details of Mahomes and Lamar Jackson.

I guess they figure they can play their round 2 game and then the comp will prob be called off after rnd 2?

Its a quickly changing thing, i guess they dont want to commit. Only getting worse. Confirmed cases are going up exponentially in aus now

They will get belted in rnd 2 anyway. Heads will not be in it.

I don't think round 2 will happen. Props to the NRL for trying.

You honestly never know with the Warriors. They might come out and absolutely smash it.

I doubt it, but it could happen!

DCE is one of the only intelligent players in the game when it comes to talking so he'll more than not be one of the best to advise for the captains challenge

Something no one has mentioned yet...

Cam Smith has only made 10 tackles so far. Unheard of.

Don't reckon there will be in the next few weeks TBH. Season may still get called off due to the warriors logistical issues now though.

Yeah agree to a point. A lot of jobs require people to live away from family for quite a while. E.g. military deploy for 6 months at a time. But the challenge is this was sprung on them over the last few hours with no time to ensure their home lives are sorted. Either way, if they're not playing, they're not getting match day payments. Warriors are financially strong enough to survive but if the comp is suspended but it'll be a massive challenge. Warriors CEO said they'll be looking at refunds tomorrow
