Isn’t it hard to tell form after 1 round? My trade outs will be minutes based like Musgrove.

JMK and Stimson will get another week due to that game being a horrible game

Agreed. I will only sell Stimson if there is a must have cheapie and he's the only way. The whole game was scrappy and low scoring so happy with how the minutes played out. Flicking Levi as I expected improvement behind a quality pack. Oh well

Anyone got advice on Horsey? Didn't go with him due to expecting Bateman back early but not sure how it's actually affecting the team.

Ref trades, play as usual I think. But don't trade anyone in who is there due to another player being injured. Personally, I'm going to play like this is the last round of the yearly have as much fun possible

Yeah I used the word form which probably isn't accurate. What I meant is high scoring players who you think will will keep it up. For example I think Horsburgh will keep it up (because his score was mainly base stats) until Bateman returns & maybe he keeps his starting spot & Tapine goes back to the bench. Conversely even though Guler did very well his score included a try & ta so he had a bunch of attacking stats because he played the Titans & I don't think he can sustain that.

Bang on there. I have Guler but don’t expect that week after week. Although if he can string some 30s out from here would be nice.

I’m torn on what to do trades wise this week as no one really put there hand up in a big way for a trade out

I guess Horsy is another example of what Jmmy means, may play one more week then who knows. But if you want 60 points and a low BE, trade away.

With Manly, I'm not sure why they banked on Levi being their saviour. I think this really they are really going to miss Koro and Fainu. I don't think Levi can match what they brought to the team at all and they may suffer.

Kudos on picking Guler mate that was a great buy.

What happens to TPJ's suspension if the league is suspended for a while? Can he see out his 4 weeks while nothing's happening?

With our concerns re Walters & his missed tackles he only missed 2 in the game so I think that is not a concern anymore.

Surely it’s a 4 match suspension worded poorly?

That's what I'd assume too, but they always refer to weeks instead of matches

Some great first round scores from everyone. 897 from my boys.
My big 50/50 decision was picking between croft/ponga and Cleary/Issako. It was hard to predict how Isaako would go with the preseason he had so of course i went Croft/Ponga. Hated watching Cleary rack up those kms!

One red flag for me was Friend. He really needs 80 mins. What are peoples thoughts on him? Not a urgent trade but will be monitoring.

I’d forgotten about Levi stinking it up. Guess he’s a trade candidate.

Pretty sure it's matches. E.g. if you cop a ban during Finals, you serves it the following season

Didn’t really stink it up mate. Will make money and looked good first half. Should be decent 14-17 option in terms of avg points for now (until we all build bank)

His greed and scoots should be fantasy gold. Just gassed out hard, so 60mins will pull him up for now.

    Solid start.

Interesting as my 50/50 was going Hess/Cook over Tlolo/Friend so watching LoLo was hard

You suggesting I might be best not reversing that one. Does look like this verrils isn’t going away

Ahh cheers mate. Missed the game due to a family dinner. Will keep the faith.

Moses got his 2 extra points, leaves me with 892 and 1478 rank. Happy with that.

Haas, 1.0M lol. Crazy times alright.

928 with an overall rank of 186... 6th on the NRLFF FOG. Not sure if I should make any trades. Musgrove and Wiliame my only real trade outs but not really any MUST HAVE cows that popped up? Or is there?
Stimson, Williams are both holds. Forgoing Friend was a good idea. Saw Maubbs ended up playing Ctr for a bit? Was this due to injury? Won’t happen every week surely?

John Travolta was tested for Corona virus last night after being unwell.

He passed, turned out it was just Saturday Night Fever!

    I'll get my coat. . .
