Well that was Garner's fault because he's supposed to protect Reynolds so Garner should of sorted Sims out. I agree Sims is a typical bully picking on smaller guys.

I was wondering what he said to him after the 2nd shot. He was certainly whispering something in his ear

Oates missed training today with gastroenteritis. He is expected to be named to faced the bunnies this weekend though.
Glenn still hasn't trained and with TPJ missing a month, Hopoate could be named to start second row, where he spent time at training today.

Too late for Kennedy with news that Moylans return was delayed another month?
Such a strong feeling this would be the case but got cold feet with Moylan scheduled R3 on the casualty ward. News of his setback came the next day  Bang

So Warriors players go to a hardware store, buy some cement, swallow & harden the phuck up.

More to it than that mate. They’d have to relocate because of a health crisis. Can’t blame them for wanting to be with their families in a situation like that

He got lucky with players like Isaako and Nofo pushing 60+. Off to a good start but averages will even out. He has 0 HLF cover so if Grant trade goes through he will have to trade Walters for a HLF. The top 100 will vary soo much over the first 3-4 rounds until we get established scorers and more common averages.

My Fiance's sister is a nurse here in Townsville. Her sister was in theatre on Thursday just gone with a doctor who had recently returned from Bali. The doctor is now in quarantine being tested for Covid-19. If the doctor tests positive my Fiance's sister will need to be tested and if she is positive I will have to go in for testing.... Two weeks off to focus on fantasy and watch some footy bounce cheer

Possibly was going to be relevant with Herbert and Hiku returning to NZ. Bad timing for Milne.

I find the talks of NRL being played on ESPN very exciting. If it does go ahead there is no doubt that this would be very beneficial for the future of Rugby League. COVID-19 could be the big break the NRL needed.

Prices will filter in soon, but basically Italy and China will be the highest priced countries and looking like solid captaincy options. Spain, USA and Iran all looking like consistent scorers and great selections in the forwards, whereas the African countries and India should be fairly well priced as cashcow backline options. The wildcard will be North Korea, as nobody knows what the fuck is going on there.

    Who is keen to play?
The problem with China is that the info they are putting out is as reliable as that from Des Hasler and Ricky Stuart!

Greenberg and Annessley pretty much saying season is continuing as normal behind closed doors. They are "considering" every option put forward by players, coaches and staff. Also say that if NZ decide to go home after this weekend it is possible for them to continue the competition without them.

Pretty much one day and one step at a time.
Gees, the Titans would be disappointed if the Warriors drop out! No need to return the spoon thanks.

It's 6 months potentially off the bat with no contigencies in place for their families' routines. Even if the players wanted to stay, how many partners would be putting pressure on them, explicitly or not, to come home. Not gonna say straight off the bat they're stoked with spending 6 months away when it was only meant to be 2 days. A lot of them would also be studying, volunteering, and other commitments. Doubt if any other team was stuck in NZ they'd want to suck it up for 6 months. 6 games is definitely more palatable

According to the experts on this forum, the whole comp will be cancelled this weekend. If the season gets beyond 1month and there are still major travel restrictions in place, the NRL will be making more money as a pandemic manangement consultancy than as a sports league.

I think the NRL should pause for 4 weeks. Just move all players and support staff to the Townsville resort that said they could hold them all. Infect them all on purpose with a fullY trained medical support system on hand, as fit young males 99% will have minor flu like symptom, anyone who has a more serve reaction will at least have the Drs right there. In 4 weeks time everyone will be over it and ready to play Smile

The best start I have ever had, finished with 960 which landed me 17th overall and 1st in the Fanatics League. My good start, however, is now impacted by the little money I have in the bank, $1k Sad .

    Team:
    Friend
    Haas Knight
    Lucy Williams Fifita
    Cleary Walters
    Wiliame Shitasaki
    Isaako Papen Drinkwater

    Yeo
    Koro
    Carrigan
    Hess
    JTB
    Musgrove
    Rudolf
    Kennedy

    Kinda stuck between two ideas:

    (A) Trade Musgrove to Koloamatangi.
    Reasons:
    1. It allows me to get an extra $14K (not big, but big for my circumstance).
    2. Didn't pay close attention to the game but the stats show that Musgrove didn't do much in his limited time, feel like he won't make much money.
    3. Use Koloamatangi as a looper (is it too early to start looping?). The next two rounds the Rabbits play the third game, providing Koloa isn't in the team I can him to try and get the better score out of Hess and JTB. Kinda expect the NRL to be suspended after R3 so feel like I can get lucky here with this play. If NRL continues then Koloa's spot is kinda wasted until he gets a game around origin time.

    (B)
    Hess to Flegler
    Wiliame to S.Crichton
    1. Gives me $43K
    2. Would only do this trade if S.Crichton is starting. From his limited game time, he looks like a star. Athletic player that kinda screams tackle-breaks. The only concern would be Edwards return, but again season could be suspended by then.
    3. Flegler should see big minutes with more injuries/suspensions for the Broncos. I already have Haas, Fifita and Carrigan, is four Broncos forwards too many?

My advice.... don't do anything. Musgrove looks to be slowly increasing his minutes, plus that game was fucked, was like watching AFLW. S.Crichton won't play more than 1 game. Hess up against the Doggies this week so could see an increase in his score, but if anything I would trade Hess to Brimson if names, possibly DWZ, I also think Su'a has the better chance at cracking a 50+ then Hess does, Flegler, Mikaele.

You may also need to trade Walters this week, which I assume would be to Grant, giving you an extra 42K (+1K) and you can go Hess to the Horse; moving Drink to HLF and Kennedy to WFB.

This would be your best bet.
