My backs now look like this

    Aubbs, Shiba
    Papy, Drinkwater, Isaako

I'm giving Wiliame another week or so in the EMG. I've dropped Musgrove for EKatoa to generate cash a bit faster.

Katoa an obvious choice to bring in at this time - starting second rower with good output in R1. Failing cow (musgrove) to rising cow.

No interest in Guler? People seem shaky on his JS but even 30s off the bench will net a decent amount of $ for less than Flegler (who also has JS issues with Ofa back soon)

My Fiance's, best friends, flat mates dad is a member of parliament here in Townsville and she got a call from him telling her to stock up on groceries as they have it on good authority that the country will be going into lock down either Thursday or Friday.

These things take time, but I'm confident that the sum of human scientific brainpower will find an answer to this - first a treatment then a vaccine - before very long, but there'll be a lot of damage along the way.

The Aus position on testing is what the UK one was about a week ago. There's a ripple effect where Italy is about a week ahead of Spain which is a week ahead of the UK which is a week ahead of US which is a week ahead of Aus. That applies to the fatality numbers as well as the mentality as well as the measures like closing down sports fixtures etc. To bring it on topic, that's why I think, a month after Serie A, two weeks adter the EPL, the NRL will shutter next week.

In QLD they found that some meds for Malaria and HIV seem to be effective. That's what they are trialing in the hospitals atm. The good thing is that these meds are already "on the shelf" so to speak.

Here's an option that has opened for the NRL: NRL village in QLD option

The calves school is still fairly busy. They've cancelled basically every extra-curricular activity to keep them in their classrooms as long as possible.

We are assuming it might only last this week, and are preparing to have them home from Monday. We may voluntarily withdraw at that point anyway if things progress the way they are.

I did consider Guler as well, but the Lomax news threw a spanner in the works.

While the idea of NRL Survivor is very appealing, if the virus goes as elsewhere Australia is going to be desperately short of medics for a couple of months, and playing a sport where participants regularly end up in hospital, with 16 crews of doctors and paramedics while hospital docs are passing out on shift is going to be hard to defend.

Sure, but measuring one's temperature on entry identifies those who are febrile right? Not completely pointless if it picks up a support worker who is febrile but "feels pretty good" .
Completely pointless! My point is how many people are you going to get. If you have a temperature (38) why are you there? They are cutting off at 37 when a normal temperature is 37.5!

I dunno about any of this shit, but the little things count. Each measure on it's own might seem pointless, but as a whole anything that slows down the spread seems important.
I work in a big hospital in Sydney administering chemotherapy, which a lot of depresses the immune system. Did you know none of our patients or staff are positive in the last 5 weeks! The NRL has got it right -play on boys!

Sell Musgrove or Stimson. If whoever I don't sell underperforms likely gone next week. Any reason for Musgrove terrible minutes or is this the norm?

Hmm I hadn't thought of the medical staff involved.

I'm on day two of WFH and already going stir crazy. Probably gonna put on about 10 kilos too, constantly snacking on shit out of boredom and convenience. Good news is I'll be more active fantasy wise this week so Widow should probably prepare to vote you out.

Yesterday everyone was sold on Musgrove/Stimson out... Katoa/Guler in...

I know Lomax throws a spanner but could only be for a week with Rava due back next week?

Now no one wants Katoa or Guler and more people are on Flegler?? Anything I should know or just go with my gut on Mus and Stim out > Kat and Gul/Fleg in

We really about to go into Survivor mode.... Maybe we should all go live on an island and play this out for real.

I'll be playing him at CTR as I have Maubbs, Lomax and Wiliame as CTR but am more confident on Lomax than Wiliame.
