Full respect to the warriors players and organisation. Will be cheering for them in every match this year.

Completely agree. If the Eels manage to lose to the Titans this week I might do a straight swap and trade them in as my favourite team.
I'm not across it all, but does this mean that if nrl is called off tomorrow the Warriors guys are still essentially 'trapped' here until this thing is all done, whenever that might be? Jeez I especially feel for the fellas with kids back at home.

any non-haas selections for captain? I don't have smith, cook or lolo so have had to go haas again.

So sad mate but truth is humans are cunts. We only care about this pandemic because it effects everyone and anyone not just a certain demographic. Sad but true
There are more deaths than that in China. On Four Corners the other week they were saying how in China they’re burning dead bodies and not accounting for them in the numbers!White Lightning wrote:So far the deaths due to the virus

Will the worry & anxiety he's going through affect his game. I was going to buy him in SC but I might just wait & see how he handles this very sad situation.
Nah, i didn't pick him because i'm sure i remember Green fucking with his minutes for chunks of last year that brought down his average. Had nothing to do with Lolo as a player and his ability to score points, so will be patient for now and stick with the reasoning i had 8 days ago.wolfking wrote:Are non Tolo owners going to rip their teams apart to get him in? Only way I could would be by having to run a Luai or Rudolf in the 14-17 for a couple of weeks which isn't ideal.

Isaako was average at the 9s and in trials. Do you think last weeks performance was a once off?

Yep me. Didn't like the look of TTurbo up against Roosters, so it was down to Pap, Ponga, Carrigan or Koirosau. Went with Api, not because of last week, but because i think up against dragons there should be plenty of opportunities to make tackles and he's a decent shot of sneaking over for a try this week. Its a risk, but i knew that when i built the team with no clear captain choice.Dttragic2016 wrote:Genuinely looking forward to the weekend of footy now. the only other game on paper that looks a bit boring is eels titans, but if the titans throw the ball around that could be good fun too.
