So no games in Melbourne then?
Might aswell shut it down if that's the case.
I don't think it's right or fair for Storm players to have to remain in NSW away from their families for an undetermined amount of time.

In NZ they have done a really good job of communicating the 4 stages of lock down, would expect it to be the same in Australia (maybe not as well communicated). In NZ we are at stage 2, sounds like in Australia they are planning to go with stage 3.Erin Moleman wrote:

I would expect the NZ/Australia version would see a relative of the elderly person buy food for them and drop it at their door.SoylentGreen wrote:I have an elderly relative who lives in Rome, and despite the lockdown, he still walks to the shops and buys food every couple of days (and that is acceptable behaviour). If there was a group of players I wouldnt trust to follow the rules and get things right, NRL players would be it. No discipline in their personal lives for far too many players.Erin Moleman wrote:I read on a dragons page yesterday that Zac lomax was out and about mingling with members of the public. I realise players still have to live their lives (or do they) but isn’t that going against everything the nrl have said.
If they are stopping all non-essential interstate travel, the only way to do it is quickly get all players in a camp together in 1 locationErin Moleman wrote:Erin just said on the Sunday footy show that a journo just reported the nrl and afl are over ?? Wtf

In china they did food deliveries to your door for cities of 10 million+ people and stamped out new cases!
