If you want to feel better about your season folks

567 / 14c Rank 32k. App fkd me by not saving the Drinkwater trade in, Leaving Stimson on my bench even though I swapped him for Katoa, and also locking Watkins in my emergencies before Warriors game.

    :Cheer:

Got cash in the bank but might be too late hmm

Might aswell shut it down if that's the case.

I don't think it's right or fair for Storm players to have to remain in NSW away from their families for an undetermined amount of time.

All the lockdowns elsewhere exclude grocery stores. Which frankly I feel defeats the purpose if you're going to go to that extent.

Walters is more popular here than i expected him to be.

Got 2 to go this evening. Expected score is 862.

I'm the proud owner of Jack Williams, Danny Levi and Joe Stimson. I'm 595 with 4 to come (Moses, Walters, Shibasaki and Watkins). What an absolute trainwreck. The first 3 guys can all get fucked, what a joke. All 3 are gone in the next two rounds. Pathetic!

In NZ they have done a really good job of communicating the 4 stages of lock down, would expect it to be the same in Australia (maybe not as well communicated). In NZ we are at stage 2, sounds like in Australia they are planning to go with stage 3.

    See this chart https://static3.stuff.co.nz/new-zealand-covid-19-alert-level-49b3bcc9.pdf

Note that they have emphasised that throughout all of the 4 stages, essential services like supermarkets and pharmacies will remain open.

I have an elderly relative who lives in Rome, and despite the lockdown, he still walks to the shops and buys food every couple of days (and that is acceptable behaviour). If that's what everyone is doing, I really wonder what makes it a lockdown.

Same with my relatives in Pescara.

I would expect the NZ/Australia version would see a relative of the elderly person buy food for them and drop it at their door.

In china they did food deliveries to your door for cities of 10 million+ people and stamped out new cases!

I read on a dragons page yesterday that Zac lomax was out and about mingling with members of the public. I realise players still have to live their lives (or do they) but isn’t that going against everything the nrl have said.

If there was a group of players I wouldnt trust to follow the rules and get things right, NRL players would be it. No discipline in their personal lives for far too many players.

If they are stopping all non-essential interstate travel, the only way to do it is quickly get all players in a camp together in 1 location

I'm not anti-china by any means, but I take any claim from their government with quite a few grains of salt.

Personally I think South Korea had the most effective containment measures, though the significant liberties taken with obtaining citizens mobile phone data wouldn't go down well in Australia
