I think I'm only keen if he starts. Yeah he'll make cash either way, but I feel I have enough cows scoring 25-35 each week who will all need selling at the same time without adding another.

If you have Moses already go Lolo...no state of origin (if that is even a factor)

    otherwise go Cleary.

Supermarket queues in nz are crazy. If you are in australia and haven’t bought much yet, you may want to now before a similar announcement there

this is half the problem. panic buying is not necessary yet the mixed messages and unclear info from govt is causing every other idiot to panic buy

It’s more with a 4 week lock down, everyone wants to make 1 or at most 2 trips over that period to avoid potential exposure. Not like business as usual where you may make 4 grocery trips in a week

haha yes, I'm like 23k short of getting Lolo + Grant
Instead I'm opting for Cleary + Magoo (and get Grant next week if RD 3 goes ahead)

Hey - Long time lurker first time poster. Very Happy

Thought I'd share some data I put together using footystatistics.com (big shoutout to these guys).

It all looks at base stats, more specifically how much each base stat cost, and how many base stats per minute players earn. - Base stats exclude what I believe are attacking / one off stats. Not to say this is the best way to analyse and pick players but it can give useful insights.

I'll let other more informed people dissect and analyse this information, but go nuts. (I'll aim to get these out as early as possible weekly if people like them).

    $ per point - https://docdro.id/rLrvwFe

Base points per minute - https://docdro.id/dljzusD

(please let me know if you see points issues, still teething out my excel model - any feedback helps)

So that's a fairly impressive first post. Welcome.

    Looking at....

    OUT: Williams + Levi
    IN: Magoulias + Flegler

Even if Ofa/Lodge come back and mess with the rotation, Flegler will make 130k+ over three rounds if he holds an average of 45. With the way he's playing, it's hard to see him getting fewer minutes.

Take out Magoulias' try and he still scores 43 in 47 minutes on the field. Will make 120k+ over three rounds with an average of 35 or 150k+ if he can hit 40s.

Grant can wait a week honestly. Has a BE of 17~ as a base pricer and will likely(?) start on the bench. Even if he gets the 9, Walters/Reynolds will likely be the 14 and take minutes. Highly doubt he jumps straight in and hits an 80 minute game in his first week with the team. Even if he hits 40-50 points he'll only make 30-40k which is safe to wait on IMO. Could easily just hit 20-30 points depending on his minutes and his price change would be negligible at that point.

See a lot of people bringing in Cleary with an average of 71.5 and thought of that too - but really he is hitting an early peak and will more than likely settle later in the season if we continue. He's also up against Melbourne this week. Only need to look at DCE last year as an example when he hit scores of 75, 88, 58, 73, 73... then 31, 45, 36 and 42 and hit huge price drops. The highest averaging half last year was DCE with 56.7 then a host of options between 53-54. Highly doubt Cleary's scoring is sustainable and he will inevitably drop in price.

Thoughts on whether to hold Croft or sell? He's looked good in the time he's had, but if I were to hold, it would have to be a long term hold.

If I do keep him, I can do Knight -> Turbo and Walters -> Grant, and keep Croft on my bench for any games he misses.

There's been a couple of missed deliveries at my local supermarket, so people are more worried about there being nothing in stock even though they're not closing.

Is there an official list of what's considered an essential service? My mate's worried about his bakery being locked down. I just assumed it would be considered essential, but some list I saw didn't specifically mention it.
