What a fucking idiot. I spoke earlier of my issues this week in that I had no halves (Soward and Carney both out this week) but thought the AE would come to my rescue and pick up my first NPR - Adrian Purtell. Only just now, after the round has ended, remembered that he plays for the Raiders and I only had 16 players this round. Fucking hell. Oh well, what do you do? I got rid of two injured players so if I didn't do that I'd have played with 14.

I like playing the Auto-Fill league on this site as I enjoy digging myself out the hole we start in. Went okay last year after a horror start. Thought I'd do similar here but I have massacred my chances in this thing completely, lol. Sad

Given the top of the table at the start of the round was nearly at 5000 points and I’m 8th or something at 4000 there’s some big gaps

Another disaster round as I continue to slide. Will probably lose about $100k from El Masri and Sing. Might have been better off offloading one of them last round and being a player short to get in Hodges. Hunt continues to disappoint but a lot of ok but not good performances across the board.

Looking forward to hopefully fielding 17 next round and getting some guns in.

He hasn't made a trade since the comp started, so going purely on the strength of his initial team

I'm guessing he probably did?, but if he keeps averaging 70+ then that's a player I'd consider carrying over the origin period.

    Bah. Not a great round.

Fitzhenry, Boyd and Hazem all on the chopping block.

Probably the craziest thing about this comp that I noticed early on was that almost immediately... as in by round 3 or 4, there were already fellas with teams worth well over a million more dollars than the lower ones. At the end of last round, Easy Tiger's team was worth $1,219,000 more than mine. It's enough to leave me curled up on my front verandah weeping uncontrollably.

No dramas in Mr Consisitency with alll 7 players surviving but only 4 actually played

    Hodges 76 points
    Hindmarsh 65
    Cameron Smith 58
    Ben Kennedy 50
    Andrew Johns injured
    Tongue & Troy Thompson bye

Interesting Hodges kicks all the forwards butts & outscores them even without scoring a try. It's been mentioned but he is a beast in fantasy. While Mr Consistency is tailor made for forwards in this round the backs win.

Has he been online or even posted, I haven't kept track. Surely he wouldn't just start a team then give up right away?

Eh too many Raiders in their bye week, so not surprised I went a bit backwards. I had to play all the try or bust wingers I hate owning. This week: try to Tupou, bust for Merritt, Albert, Carney, Hookey. Merritt looking like a sell, Carney price probably dropping as well now.

I think Boyd has been the biggest flop in this competition. Barely averaging over 20.

Its the 2 Jeremy Smith problem

Jeremy Smith scored 18, but Jeremy Smith scored 33

You were given the score of Jeremy Smith, instead of Jeremy Smith

Debuted round 5 - Zeb Taia - Eels
Debuted round 6 - Vince Mellors - Roosters
Debuted round 6 - Chris Paterson - Wests
Debuted round 7 - Ashley Graham - Cowboys (there is also another Ashley Graham at the Eels)
Debuted round 7 - Jeremy Smith - Eels (there is also another Jeremy Smith at the Storm)
Debuted round 7 - Lufi Manua - Roosters
Debuted round 7 - Setaimata Sa - Roosters
Debuted round 7 - Brett Kelly - Sharks

    Cheers mate.

As mentioned Ashley Graham swapped clubs for other players

These 4 players have been added

    Jez Smith Eels HLF 267000
    Zeb Taia Eels 2RF 306000
    Vince Mellars Roosters WFB 246000
Setaimata Sa Roosters CTR 2RF 246000

Chris Paterson - Round 7 was his only game, not bothering to add him
Brett Kelly - Round 7 was his only game, not bothering to add him
Lufi Manua - he plays round 8 too then disappears so won't bother adding him

Too distinguish between them I am calling the Parramatta one "Jez"

Jeremy Smith is a back rower that plays for the Storm (and goes on to play for Dragons, Sharks and Newcastle)
Jez Smith is a half that plays for Parra and Souths before going to Super League
