Overall ladder
Easy Tiger with a bit of a lead now, Wolfking closing in on WL.
Still a big pack close behind that where anything could happen

Taniela Tuiaki may have had no NRL experience if we were playing this comp in 2006.
But from 2007-2009 he scored a tonne of tries before being forced to retire through injury.
Whilst there have been some suspiciously well timed trades around here, bringing in Tuiaki isn't one of them (and besides a big score on his debut, he hasn't actually been that good of a buy anyway. He has only averaged 20 pts a game if you discount his first game)

You’re the only one seeing all the trades, so would have the best idea.
From the limited info I see there are more dodgy moves than Tuiaki IMO. That one didn’t even raise an eyebrow for me, others have. Some of them not necessarily trades but specific selections between starting and NPRs.
Although it’s also incredibly likely people just remember 2006 better than me or are just better players than me.

Nice. No way I'm catching WL with his lead and only a few rounds to go.
I think Tuikai came at the right time when trading but yeah for a winger seems he's had bugger all opportunities.

In general, the more vehemently people feel the need to justify the their trade, the dodgier it is.
A lot of the players who have scored well (eg Hindmarsh/Tongue/Gasnier) are obvious picks though, so its certainly possible to do well based on memory alone.
In the end, as long as people have been enjoying themselves, it doesn't really matter, its given us something to do whilst we wait for the comp to restart.

The way I see it is that I'm competing against myself in this comp.
So far he's winning.

Triple round shows how up and down my team is. Few tries = near the top. Business as usual = down the bottom

Top 8 out of reach for me now by the looks of things.
Might throw a few PODs in this round.
I'm thinking I want to get Hodges and Fitzgibbon in, if I can afford it. If I can only afford one, it'll be Robocop

Have to throw pods in there but one of gi or Hodges is minimum.
