If you own Shiba I wouldn't use the trade to swap them. If you own neither and are going to trade one in I'd go Capewell for sure

Shiba isn’t a keeper. So it depends what you plan on your final ctr’s look. Not worth the trade if you plan on moving him on later

This is my concern with the change and has been mirrored by some good judges (Matty Johns). If I'm a coach, I would be instructing the team to hold down as much as possible on 1st tackle when you have the opponent in their own 20. Worst case scenario you get a "penalty" and instead of getting to kick for touch it's like a 7 tackle set. Best case scenario you slow down the play the ball and dominate the rest of the set
