Tentative trades are Knight and Staggs to Turbo and Capewell moving Drinkwater into the halves and Luai into NPR.

Decent. Staggs will be up and down but Knight has to go

Kids were doubting Capewells value because he misses tackles, he scores big in a one off and now everyone wants him. Typical fantasy. Not pointing at you because you know what your doing

Haha yeah it's still early in the week... I'm just playing around with options in my head. I'll probably just do Shiba to SCrichton and leave it at that. I'm happy with the rest of my team, I just need to let the cows mature now.

    Current team:
    Koro
    Haas, Carrigan
    Tolo, Leilua, Katoa
    Moses, DCE
    Lomax, Shiba
    Papy, Drinkw, Isaako

    Friend, Brailey, Grant, Mann
    Rudolf, Williame, Luai, Fogarty

Yes had Staggs since round 1. If he doesn't get suspended I will keep him but if he is I need a centre either way. So it's either get Crichton in as a cashie for another player who will play as needed or get Capewell, a possible CTR keeper. Don't have many desperate trade out targets other than knight. Walters, Luai, Guler and Fogarty are my NPR who will all continue to make money, just need some better positional reserves.

That's the big question isn't it. Not specifically for Yeo (who obviously won't be playing 90 minutes each week) but for all scoring on the weekend. How long will that style of game keep up, and what will things look like if/when things eventually settle down.

I think Yeo is obviously going to score well, but so are a whole bunch of other players, so its going to be a lot of guesswork this week trying to work out who the best value is.

Anyone else who is Haasless goign to bring him in next week.

I have cash to go Knight - Haas, which means I'll probably have to miss out on someother popular player. But with no origin + rule changes + Broncos keep losing forwards I don't think there is any value in waiting.

Currently priced at 50 so I’m not interested unless he can play next 17 rounds and go 5 overs. He’s never averaged over 50 before but playing lock and 80 he’s got a good chance.

I’ll probably give him a miss, im decently set up just need Cleary back and can wait a few weeks for cows to mature. This week will be finding a money maker for Shib And maybe moving Aubbs. Might burn a trade dumping Williame for a faster money maker

You are like me aren't you - missing Cleary, Ponga, Aubbs this week.

if I'd had them over Luai/Kennedy/Williame I probably; would have cracked the 1000 last week, so generally just happy not to lose too much ground.

I have a $500k bank tentatively for Haas, but have to consider everyone else. I have to dump Knight, so if I don't go Haas need some sort of FRF instead.

Total fantasy points scored in round 3 was 10682 at an average per player of 39.27

The average per round in 2019 (not including bye rounds) was 9666

my tv broke wrote:According to the stats I have on the site, Yeo's effort yesterday was only the 4th time since 2014 that a player had gone over 50 tackles and 200m in a game.

2016 Sam Burgess 53 tackles 260m (vs Titans GP*)
2017 Paul Gallen 51 tackles 202m (vs Titans)
2018 Nathan Brown 51 tackles 221m (vs Cowboys)
2020 Isaah Yeo 62 tackles 225m (vs Knights GP*)

I remember Ryan James going massive (against Souths?) a few years ago, Is that not in your stats or did he fall just short of the double?

(Its probably in my stats somewhere so I should just look myself)

I'm Haasless and still going with the value based approach

Matterson, JTurbo and Crichton(if starting) are better points per dollar IMO so will need to grab one of those. DCE's floor also looks incredible as a running half that also dominates kicking and doesn't miss tackles. I'll probably grab Crichton and try to build some cash for DCE before looking at Haas

If you have to trade in a FRF anyway I would definitely go for Haas. Lock in Carrigan+Haas and be done with the position for the year

Knight is trade fodder, so if I don't get Haas, I need someone else (maybe go Twal, haven't really looked too much)

Yes mate was missing all 3, like you say I’m glad I kept hold of them and didn’t drop too much. Kind of regretted not dumping Cleary for Munster for extra 2 games but didn’t consider new rule change enough, but we still won’t know enough after 1 round of games.

Have to get Haas in I think mate, doesn’t look like dropping cash with Donkeys set up so no point missing all those nailed on points.

Running Carrigan and Rudolf atm. Ideally want to get Rudolf back to the bench, but good enough for now while there are other fires to put out
