Wouldn’t surprise me if we lose a few in our tough next 6 that Tex ends up our first choice five eight but em that’s a while away as Mann has done absolutely nothing wrong so far and is great in defense which O’Brien is building the club around

On who the missus calls Tex Ahoy. He’s a great young guy. From a good Newcastle family. O’Brien wrapped him towards the end of preseason and hinted that he’d have groomed him for five eighth more if he knew how good Tex was a bit earlier.

I'm getting Capewell this week because I've lost two centres and don't want a zero, probably a fair chunk in the same situation.
I was all aboard the Capewell train last week for those that needed a centre.
Fair bit of appeal in Crichton as well, its gotta be one or the other for me.
Yeah Shiba to Capewell

Sportsbet just changed from 5.10 to 4.60 for Broncos.

It's good to see Tex getting a run, but as you said he's still down the pecking order.

I posted in the last thread and got no nibbles. 15-20 mins off Kikau and 20 mins off Capewell is my guess? Didn't Martin play a full game R1

Thoughts on holding Aubs for another week....
Edit am a few $$ short of going direct from him to Ponga which means pulling the trigger on Walters to Paix a week earlier than i wanted too given the Broncos haven't confirmed anything
This is the old widow conundrum, brought him in as a keeper and now....

Martin is a middle player and would come on at lock I would’ve thought shifting Yeo to an edge where he doesn’t score as well.ytsb wrote:

Capewell I like this year. He seems to have a very solid build this year compared to being more lean at the Sharks. He rattled off 49 tackles on the weekend which seems a big jump from what he was doing at the Sharks when he played in the forwards.
I prefer S. Crichton to Best because Crichton has been likened to Folau, has great footwork & can make things happen & create his own space whereas Best seems to be a hard straight runner but he relies on others creating space for him & lastly Crichton is going to carve the Warriors up whereas the Raiders will contain Best.

If Capewell, Best and Mofo were all named to start round 1 they would have been in my side. Makes it hard to avoid getting those 3 in(already got Capewell)
