I realise there will be some scores around 42-45 in there as well but I’ll take that as an upgrade over Brailey.

The rule around touching a kickoff isn't new. Its the same rule its always been.

Nobody is allowed to touch the ball before it goes 10m. Everyone is allowed to touch it after it goes 10m.

If you can time the kick so that it bounces up perfectly for your player to catch it the second it crosses the 10m line, more power to you.

If I'd put the C on Ponga rather than VC, I'd be almost at 1000

But is the guy on the kicking team ok to be already waiting, 1 metre in advance if that 10 metres ?

I have never seen that before in my life. Always have seen it as the ball bounces before the 10 you fucked up. Not “well let’s give ya a second chance for trying we can see what you were trying to do” they should add that to conversions too.

As long as he is onside for the actual kick, and doesn't tackle a defender off the ball to make himself the space.

Yeh it doesnt matter/has never mattered

Now lets just hope Cam Smith plays on next year, or something else happens to allow Grant to stay at the Tigers

Yeah, BSmith would probably be better at 9, but I would probably run Grant for 60 mins at hooker and BSmith for 20 at hooker with probably 40 more mins at lock. With that, I'd start Grant at 9, BSmith on the bench then have BSmith come on at 20 mins and play out the game, while Grant goes off at 60 so BSmith can play the last 20 minutes at 9. Finucane can move into the prop rotation.

If that was the case then you wouldnt be able to grubber it 10m straight from the kick off, which used to happen years ago.

That's the thing with any fantasy leagues of any sports. If I'm near the top I'm furiously checking people above me trying to game the system. People below buying players I've already got is treading water. Not trying to sound mean, just reality. That said glad I didn't sell Horse as considered it all weekend

He’s gonna be a cut price keeper mate and has DPP. He’s likely to average around 52-53.
