No Sunday games for the entire season for the Broncs home or away. Would have been nice to take the kids to a game this year.
Thursday night is the biggest rating FTA slot, so the biggest rating team tends to play in it. Friday night second. Sunday arvo footy is down the list - I think it's usually the 5th best game foe the week? (Ch 9 picks 2, then Fox 2, then Sunday arvo)
In Sydney, this is viewed as a huge advantage to the Broncos as they basically get to play at the same time each week, usually with a 7 day turnaround.

Yeah it is. Thing is everyone moans how the Broncs get alot of Friday night games, however a large majority of the Broncs fans don't want Friday night games and want some weekend day games. Nothing better than going to watch your team on the weekend when you can plan a whole day around it.

M8 im the same. much prefer going to the footy on the weekend. Day time games are awesome when the winter sun is out.

@"my_tv_broke" are you able to change the magic number used on your site for BEs to around 13000? Seems closer to the new normal and will be more likely to accurately match with what will happen each round.

True a seven day turn around is great but doesn't happen all the time. I guess we up North (and anywhere out of Sydney) see travelling around 4-5 times a year max out of Sydney is a pretty good advantage as well. Great example are the Rabbitohs who have to travel outside of Sydney only one more time this entire season.
