King did his ACL in a pre-season trial for the Sharks and is out for the year. A real surprise given his luck avoiding major injuries throughout his career.

Thats 888K I could get Ponga, Teddy, Cleary or DCE.... Thats a tough decision!

Don't really want any loopers when I need as many money makers as possible.... there's not really any cows screaming grab me at the moment though.

G’day all. I’m getting rid of my Saints players and have enough Panthers so will skip Cleary. Is Drinkwater and Lomax to A) DCE and Averillo (will rot next to Williame) or
                                         B) Best and Burton

Honestly really stuck this week if you guys had any suggestions? Main trade I'm considering is Mann > a gun wfb. Not sure on the other trade.

    Koroisau
    Haas, Twal
    Yeo, Leilua, Taumalolo
    Moses, Paix
    Capewell, Crichton
    Papenhuyzen, Drinkwater, Kennedy

    Carrigan, Grant, Katoa, Mann
    Hopoate, Rudolf, Luai, Wiliame

    395k itb

Thanks both. Yeah, Cook would be on bench (behind Api). Back 5 is as such:

    Best, Capewell
    Pap, Kennedy, Drinkwater

    RES: Crichton

NEED and WANT Teddy and Ponga, but I think I will go Cook then Teddy then Ponga as it currently stands. Need to make cash fast!!

Im looking at trading in Latrell now but will have Wiliame and Best + Rudolf to use the loophole. Mitchell looked pretty good last round in a losing effort and i reckon he will get opportunities this round against the Titans. Although maybe the Titans are a different team backing up from a win, they havent had a win in so long so who knows how they back it up? Razz

Either I bring in Cook, looping Kotoa and Rudolph (Playing both Lomax and Crichton)
Or I bring in Tedesco, looping Lomax and Crichton (Playing both Katoa and Rudolph)

Currently leaning toward Cook. Harder for him to have an off night than a fullback.
Can’t even use fixtures to split either- Cook vs Titans and Teddy vs Bulldogs both equally appealing.

I agree that the psychology of having a 80minute hooker has a lower floor, but all are GUNS and this is a different game of League we are seeing. All will keep rising and have their highest averaging seasons IMO. It will be a matter of establishing your personal priority and what is best for your team and hardest trying to grab before the inevitable banner game.

Fuck I can grab Cook as well. This is going to be hard.

    Mann + 361K > Cook/Teddy/Ponga/Cleary/DCE.... such a hard choice

Thoughts on my trades? Got 505k in the bank and ranked 3954th.

    Api
    Haas, Carrigan
    Arrow, Lucy, Yeo
    Mann, Croft
    Capewell, Lomax
    Papy, Drinky, S Crichton

    Grant, Fotu, E Katoa, BBrailey

    Rudolf, Luai, JHop, Wiliame

The plan for me is to sell Mann and BBrailey to Cleary and Turbo, leaving 6k in the bank respectively.

If I sell BBrailey, I can then l**p Drinkwater and Croft for my halves spot, and Drinky does have a lower BE than BBrailey does, but I'm not 100% on whether to sell BBrailey or Drinky first.

I'm trading him. Re-watched the Storm game this week, and can see Welshy's point that he was just caught by the coat tails a few times that could have led to massive breaks for him, but not looking like a keeper. Other fullbacks are the focal point of the team's attack, but he isn't, so isn't getting the same opportunities that others like Ponga, Turbo, Teddy do. Prefer Latrell + change, looking back to his best, but still to add just taking the line on, rather than being primarily a distributor and has added advantage of covering the nightmare CTR position.

Does this change with Hughes out? Does Papi become more a focal point of their attack depending on who they play at 7?

I would think so, especially if Jacks is playing 7.

No need to worry about having to many Penrith players with no byes this season. If they keep doing well their players will likely score better in fantasy too.
