In fact TGB with all of halves, props, hookers/bench setup for the season, I’d buy that team off you because I think I could win with it

    Players you have that I don’t are amazing;
    Twal
    McInnes
    Cleary

How much cash to play with? That’s a solid looking team!!

Isaako and Hopoate out for capewell and a ? wfb depending on cash. Could take a punt on Oates averaging 10-15 points under historical seasons and move to 2nd row shouldn’t hurt that.

If Mann does suit up would be him for me.

Will be heavily strapped and pain killer. Decent chance of reduced minutes with Tex Hoy sitting there

    No specific move advice but priorities for me would be;

Hopoate out (as cash gen). Not too fussed on his BE. He’s done
Wiliame to whoever you like, the position is a cesspit
Carrigan to 14-17. Important dual 2RF cover
Isaako not urgent but should have a plan attached to him to one of the big-3 Fullbacks
Katoa and Rudolf on BE watch. Might be a cashout or upgrade in 2-3weeks

The rest should be OK for the season to set and forget, so great job locking in those 4 hookers and halves early

Thanks Mate. This weeks trades are gonna be rough

    My trades looking like:
    (a) B. Brailey out - Paix in
    (b) Wiliame out - B. Best in

    Koroisau
    Haas (c), Twal
    Taumalolo, Yeo, L. Leilua
    Moses, Paix
    Capewell, B. Best
    Turbo, Papenhuyzen, Drinkwater

    Grant, Carrigan, JTB, K. Mann
    E. Katoa, Rudolf, Luai, S. Crichton

After what GM said above I might take Mann out of the 17 & put E. Katoa in.

Selling Rudolf with a negative BE is a big call but solid trade ins. I don’t actually mind that!

Work getting in the way of fantasy this week!!!

Novel approach.....I need to shift Hopoate, Brailey and Wiliame (in that order). Also holding Mann but would rather wait and see.
Can’t quite afford anyone I want with a combination of those this week so thinking about just getting rid of Hopo for someone who costs less and waiting a week to see how the land lies.

Getting spooked by the mass loading up on guns early but think I’d rather stick to the plan than panic buy.

I’m leaning towards a Hopo to Clark/Fogarty (picked up Paix last week). Thoughts on either of those Titans 😭 vs one of the base wingers?

I like it, wish my team was that good. I'm doing Hopoate -> Paix and most likely BBrailey -> Teddy for the 2nd trade, though considering going the riskier move of Turbo instead to have 150k extra cash for getting Lolo back with.

Fuck so I posted like 6 pages ago but cbf reading through that.

What do we like CTR wise Cashouts/Gun options.

At the moment I like Best, not keen on Latrell and undecided on the best cash out CTR options. (Keep in mind I have to play them until I get another CTR.)

Also Mann so nothing concrete? I may just move him on for Cleary but potentially could wait a week.

Do we expect Hoy to play some dummy half or will he come on for someone like Ese’Ese like he did last week?

Rudolf has a BE of -3 and just scored a 50. Fifita will either get injured in the game or be out next week and he is back starting, not close to being a cashed up cow.

After reading through the thread I have found myself making the desicion between Fuimano and HTB. Do I go for cash in the bank or points now. Also who has the better job security.

Is anyone planning to play someone gross at CTR (Averillo, Talau)??

After the Wiliame disaster, was looking to get a CTR “gun” to set and forget the position, a NPR cow and 500k-ish ITB for next week.

But could do say, Teddy and Averillo instead, but would have to play both. About 150k in the bank.

Basically comes down to what’s better - any CTR + Drinkwater vs Teddy + Averillo?

Best is the prime CTR candidate if you want someone for a keeper, you won't get him nearly that cheap for a while. As for cashouts, most of them aren't at CTR.

I'm personally most likely going to avoid Best, as I already have Capewell and Lomax to play CTR and Crichton as cover, so my trades are Brailey + Hopoate -> Paix + Teddy most likely.

Rudolf will play the same amount of minutes. I only see Andrew playing 35-40 minutes.

If HTF performs as expected he will have that wing locked up all season. Fui, likely out within a month.
