Exactly my point, you don't get the thrill of chucking the C on say Lolo and hoping he beats Cooks 63. Now we all just go C on Haas and wait for the 80pts

I’m one of the clever muppets. It’s not as fun the last few weeks as the first 2 that’s for sure but paying off rank wise from the first few weeks and hoping cash generation wise it’s not as dumb as it seems/I feel

Anyone who started Taumalolo and went to McInnes is perfectly happy.

We haven't seen McInnes play this week obviously, but after 2 rounds he is going better than Haas

He plays big minutes at St Helens, played 70+ mins in the grand final v Salford. Definitely is capable once he finds his feet having not played for months.

wtf did you do to the quote? Very Happy

but in all seriousness, if I did backflip Ted and get HTF, I would then have to play Drinky and then use Wiliame to pick the best score of S Crichton and HTF.

I probably won't do it since Ted looks like going pretty big against the Dogs but I thought the same about Turbo vs Brisbane and the Dogs are actually decent in defence

If Drinkwater goes well which lots of us think he will and you get to pick between the other two then I'd be pretty tempted to bring Teddy in.

If Teddy scores 50 he only goes up about 20k.
If he scores 80 then he goes up about $50k. Things to think about.

and yeah, you can just change the name in the quotation marks when you quote someone, and once I saw you mention "backflipping" I knew who I was going to change the name to Laughing

I am talking like 2018 when Cook was top fantasy scorer, but he still had his mid 50's in him and you would hope you were on a Tolo 71 when Cook scored a 58.

I understand McInnes has had a couple crazy scores but he has also been on the back of a 75 tackle haul against a Warriors side that completed 42 straight sets and a 54 tackle 5 TB game (against the dogs). Not saying this isn't out of reach for him but I do see the Dragons turning it around soon and he loses some of those tackles, etc.

Would that be a good or bad thing for his scoring? I'm guessing bad? Would take away the consistent high tackle counts and replace with less consistent attacking returns?

Jai Arrow will play tomorrow, but he did suffer a rib cartilage injury last week. Scans showed only minor cartilage damage & pulled up well early in the week. Return guided by pain management, pain killing injections/chest guard often used. Usually quick recovery but pain lingers

He's a (peak) James Graham not a Sam Burgess. Depends on how he's priced, whether he's eased in from the bench etc.

Going back to the end of last year, McInnes has gone under 60 once in his last 12 games.

Last 12 average is Haas 73, McInnes 72. He at least deserves to be in the conversation.

Are there many out there rolling with a 3 hooker bench?

I am tossing up the idea of adding Cook which would give me McInnes, Koro, Cook and Grant.

Oh no doubt, no doubt. Not knocking the man. Just saying this and last year you pretty much chuck the C on Haas and all sweet because you know you're gonna get a solid 70+ score pretty much week in, week out. McInness is definitely a captain option but if you had Haas it's pretty much inked against his name every single week.

I am more saying in years gone by although Cook would end up highest scorer by years end... You had the odd week where you could chuck it on Tolo or Teddy and deathride them to a 70+.... whereas now pretty much no one (bar McIness) is getting in range of Haas's average.

This just confirms that I had the right idea, but wrong execution in avoiding Haas. The rest of the keeper tier were capable of matching him. Going Taumalolo and Cook rather than McInnes has just been poor execution cheer
