Have considered doing this for both Best and Mitchell this week. And passing on HTF.

You realise fantasy players are probably more desperate for this information than the clubs themselves.

Yeah I'm assuming he's a late out. I've got Carrigan to take his spot with Rudolf as a starter in the FRF. With Carrigan locking out tonight I can't take the risk.

On top of that I've got HTF in my starting 17, hopefully he does well this week as I'll be looking at doing some upgrades in the WFB next week

Yeah, I have Lucy at 17 but need to decide between Rudolf, Paix, Herbie and Luai to put at 18. Not sure if I risk Paix at 18 incase I actually need a decent 18th man.

I've got my l**p set up as 19th man this week assuming Leilua is out. If Luai posts a decent score he gets 18th man (via red dot to 18), if not Fogarty gets the job

I've traded RFM in to cover Lucy, with JTB to come in off the bench if he's out

If Lucy plays I may reverse RFM and bring someone else in. RFM might be too midrangery to spend a trade on as I'll almost certainly have to trade him out at some point - but for now need the 2RF cover and he is a chance at averaging as high as 50 so might pay off.

few fairly popular players among those sides so i assume most teams will have a fair chunk go round.

OK here's a fun point of interest:

I have 15 trades left after my trades this weekend.
If I decide to save 5 trades for the run home that means I have 10 trades left to get to my final squad.
Potentially, I need to be happy with 12 of my current squad sticking around for the season if I am making two trades to bring in a keeper (1x cashout, 1xkeeper).

My top 14 would currently be:

Haas
Taumalolo
Ponga
Moses
Grant
Koroisau
Friend
McCullough
Fotuaika
Tommy Turbo
Katoa
Lucy
Carrigan
Best

Paix, Crichton, HTF are currently in my 17 and in need of upgrades. I might trade Paix to Pearce next round if that's looking doable.

Having a closer look at Pearce - he definitely gets through a lot more kicking metres when he's partnered with Kurt Mann in the halves. I'm thinking he'll average in the low 50s this year if Mann can stay on the field. Falls short of the top echelon of guns in the halves but definitely worth consideration given his current price point.

Have Lucy at 17.
If Paix goes 40+ and Lucy is out ill leave it like that. If not then ill choose between Drinkwater and HTF to replace Lucy

Next week Mann is likely to be priced at or around his final price. The bump from the 70 in round 3 will be just about maxxed out and he'll be ideal for a trade out (unless he bumps out another 70, in which case we can just sit back and enjoy the ride)

I am ranked just outside the top 1000 and there are still 42 coaches ahead of me in the FOG.

NRLFF is having a great year.

Most importantly, Welshy is still ranked below me

I’m pretty confident Hopoate stays at fullback. My heart was set on Latrell the last day or 2 but now I’m looking at my team and realising that Paix and Luai probs aren’t gonna make quite as much as I’d like and going Hopoate over Latrell does save me 68k as well. Hopoate should average around 40ish as well.
